Best place in Gatlinburg! Friendly staff, convenient and within walking distance to most everything in Gatlinburg. They provide breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon and nightly snacks! Nice indoor and outdoor pool as well. Its like coming home wen we go there every year. Nice rooms and condos on the creek!! Highly recommend any time of the year.

The hotel was very clean. It is a pretty location and easy walking distance to everything. It is an older hotel, so things are a little dated. They have a minimal breakfast. They have wine and snacks, cheese, crackers and salami at 5pm free and cookies and milk at 8pm. That was very nice. The pools were nice. Not very heated though. My parents had a nice suite. Are room did not have a great toilet, so I think it depends on the room you get. Otherwise our room was good.

It is a great hotel. The location is amazing and being next to the river is dreamy to say the least. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area. Everything is walking distance

    • A solid 3.5 stars!! Rooms need updating but we LOVED it!

We stayed at Zoder's over the Labor Day Weekend and would probably stay again. Rooms need updating and when we first arrived smelled musty and damp but did appear to be clean. The AC helped clear out the musty odor. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the property itself; it's both unique and charming. Pricing was very reasonable and I would consider this a great value for the area. The location was ideal being right before the main strip and on a trolley stop. I liked that we could get to our hotel without strip traffic but close enough to the strip whenever we wanted to check it out. Zoders hands down had the best customer service I've experienced in all of our stays (we stay in G'burt at least twice a year) Every single person we encountered was good people, nice and accommodating. We found the beds very comfortable and my favorite part was sitting on the balcony enjoying the stream. They had both an indoor and outdoor pool although the ladder handles were all loose and need to be repaired. The hot tub is very small and probably holds two people. Breakfast not worth getting up for, continental plus toaster waffles, biscuit with plain milk gravy and hard-boiled eggs. They did offer hot dogs and polish sausages for $1 during the evening that were surprisingly very good. Save you from having to run out and I'm sure a hit if you have little ones. They also have an area where you can grill out, have a fire etc. Truly a park-like setting, beautifully lit at night and the property itself is worth taking some time to check out. WiFi was non existent most of the time, AT&T cell service worked fine, Sprint didn't. Parking is not ideal, cramped and so packed we feared leaving our spot during the holiday weekend. Keep in mind that the balconies face other balconies. The last two nights we were there people were yelling over to the other balconies and being loud until about 1am which was a nuisance (not Zoders fault, just inconsiderate people). Overall we enjoyed our stay, will stay again and believe Zoders has a lot of potential if the rooms were updated, if you're not that picky then book with them. You'll be glad you did. Pros: Value Convenient to Strip Trolley Stop Beautiful Property Balconies Overlooking a Stream Great Customer Service Comfortable Beds Indoor/Outdoor Pool Cons WiFi rarely worked Rooms dated, needs updating Cramped parking Hot breakfast doesn't compare to others in the area

I've stayed here many times over the years and the location is excellent for walking to attractions in the area. I do think that the mountain coast takes away from the experience of setting out on your balcony though. Staff is always super friendly and the price has always been reasonable.
