      Where do I begin? This place is definitely not for business travelers! When you walk into the non-existence lobby you are greeted by the slowest representative. No personality! After my 20 minute check-in. Im greeted with a heavy cigarette smoke smell. The room was horrible. The beds suck! My room card key was deactivated daily even the company paid upfront for a wkly stay. Cable goes out nightly. The second week we were there the front desk called to say I havent paid for my room & there will be a late fee. I assumed after filling out paperwork & authorizing my card to be charged for the next 4 wks we were good? Dont assume or you will receive an attitude from the manager Tammy. Shes ruthless & unprofessional! We ended up checking due to lack of service. You have to pay for linens & extra service if you want two clean towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towel. Housekeeping is every 2wks. AC didnt work. Room smelled horrible. Shady guest. It seems to be the narrative because my boss & I over heard another disgruntled guest complaining about lack of service too. No coffee maker! No dishes! Just a lopsided squeaky bed. The staff are the worst!! Dont call front desk they never answer! You stand around waiting for front desk to address your complaint & they leave you waiting. The manager never showed up. I think she might have been hiding in the back? If you ask to speak to someone corporate everyone ignores you. We left & booked a room with Hampton Inn & received much better service. The code inspector should pay this place a visit because two outlets didnt work plus the bed was horrible, hallways stink of cigarette smoke! Its not a non smoking hotel as it says. Avoid this place! Our company will never book another room with this awful place! Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and disrespectful. Pay the extra money to stay in a quiet fresh place where you have extra pillows & towels and not forced to smell second hand smoke!!

      I have never stayed in a hotel/motel anywhere at any price that had no ice available (no ice machine), no coffee maker in the room, no iron or ironing board, and no shampoos or anything else in the bathroom. When I got there, one of their maintenance guys was cleaning up where a dog had pissed right next to the elevator. The excuse they gave me is that this hotel is an extended stay hotel, but I have stayed in extended hotels before and never experienced anything like this. And they only charged $150 for one night of this exquisite stay!!!

      The room had full kitchen with stovetop but nothing in it. No glasses, utensils, plates or pans. They had items For purchase. For an extended stay facility if you were temporarily staying there, this is ridiculous. Flat pillows and one was missing pillowcase. No extra pillows or blankets. One kitchen chair. Not like a standard hotel-no ice machine only 2 empty ice cube trays in freezer. There were 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths but no hand towels. List of rules given to us noted that guests had to bring out their own trash. Desk clerk is required to do everything: check in/check out, answering phone and requests from people staying there, so clerk is not at desk all the time but going all over the hotel. I think this is a bad business model. Will never stay in a Woodspring Suites again.

      If youre used to a nice comfortable peaceful hotel this aint the one you want it smells like weed/smoke in hallways and rooms and has some real sketchy people, this is as even as a motel 6 dont come here

      From the day we checked in to the room it has been nothing but problems, the staff is rude and give attitudes when you ask for extra sheets even tho I paid extra for that. We had no cable for four days and when you check online the cable Company had no outages. The power went out with no ac your left in your room to sweat to death. Found a need in a plastic container on the floor outside our room no clue what that was used for, took management 20 mins to come grab it. If your looking to get a nice room and spend your vacation with your family avoid this hotel at all cost its a joke and you will be wasting your money. When the power went out it was a scheduled outage in which no guest were informed about they should of atleast discounted the stay of guest. This stay will be reported to the corporate office. The room I rented was a non smoking room everytime you leave and walk-in the room it has a terrible odor
