Awful Rude waiter
ReviewedWe chose to eat here on 15th August 2019, our wedding anniversary. We had walked passed the restaurant earlier on in the day and it was busy. we arrived at about 9.30pm to find very few tables full and a very rude and aggressive waiter. In hindsight we shouldn't have bothered to sit down, however we did and regrettably ordered food. Had he told us they were ready to shut we would have chosen somewhere more welcoming to eat, however, he didn't as he obviously wanted our cash!! the food was ok, I shared a paella and my husband had leg of lamb, however there was no serving spoon with the paella we asked him for one and he grunted a very rude reply, they then started to turn off the water sprays, raise the awnings and move all the tables and chairs which were empty. Couldn't wait to get rid of us, and to be honest we couldn't wait to leave. My husband complained to the man at the desk, who asked another waiter to translate, but he was so arrogant he didn't feel he did anything wrong. When I came to put a review on trip Advisor I knew this was the right restaurant with all the other negative reviews about the awful rude waiter. Don't go to eat here if its the last place on earth.
AmandaShielRude waiter and awful sangria
ReviewedJust dont go there!! The waiter was very rude and aggressive. I could not stress enough how terrible the service was!!! Also the wine is awful and the food isnt much better!
Mamamia70cooksbetterNice Place for Sangria and Lunch
ReviewedNice outdoor or indoor accommodations in the Jewish Quarter. All inclusive lunch with Salad, Gazpacho, Chicken Paella and sponge cake. Wait staff was accommodating and on Spanish Siesta time. So do not be rushed . Gazpacho was good and the Paella was more like El Roast con Pollo. Although relaxing lunch and moderately priced.
CapnGregDaggers for days!
ReviewedPopped in for a drink, as it was 37 degrees! Fancied some tapas but even though it looked traditional, there were none to be had. When we said we only wanted to drink, the waiter was very rude and dismissive. He immediately went into a little a mood and gave us daggers! We swiftly drank our drinks and moved on! The place was not busy which I would then have been more understanding about not eating but it was dead! Tried to pay on card but the minimum spend was 20. Don't go here!
