Quiet. Grassy camp sites which seem to be regenerated consistently for that grassy camp feel. Easy beach access. Wore out the dog. It rained and the management put on a load of kids entertainment at their own cost. The walk to the tip of the headland you cant even see the site when you look back down. New fave spot.

A delightful park, hope good reviews don't fill up the sites! As older tent travelers, it was really a joy to find we were not stuck away in the worst part of the park, which is usual in most Australian Parks. In fact lovely tent sites, close to facilities and beach access, flat site with grass. Will be back, and thanks for making sure dogs are kept on leads, and quiet.

    • Great location, rude staff

Nice location, beautiful beach, clean amenities. Unfortunately our time there was ruined by how rude the staff were. We were left absolutely gobsmacked at how we were treated and spoken to (at). We had one of our dogs off of the lead (as she NEVER leaves our side, and kept getting tangled up),then the staff member came marching over to us with a very bad attitude telling us to put her on the lead, to which we immediately apologized and put her straight on the lead. She continued to yell at us, embarrass us, and treat us like naughty children - it was outright humiliating and completely unnecessary. She went on to say, dogs are not the issue, people like YOU are!!! There are signs every where telling you what you are not allowed to do. I felt like I dare not put a foot out of place or I would get in trouble - I would never return for that reason.

We spent 4 thoroughly enjoyable nights here in our caravan. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and thoughtful when allocating sites. It wasn't busy, so they were able to put people on sites so that everyone had some space around them....not something that happens in may parks. The amenities were immaculate, though small. The grounds were well kept and you can have a campfire in a fire pit. It would be great if you could buy wood from reception though. Not far to Stuarts Pt for some shops. General area is a beautiful place to visit. Definitely coming back!
