    • Bizarre Charge

The hotel itself seems nice enough and the staff is fine. A bit expensive for this part of the world especially when the facility is really a 3 dressed up as a 4. We had a mediocre meal in the restaurant but when we asked to have our three remaining samosas to go we were told a take away box would cost us 500 shillings. I don't know if it was the servers "side hustle" or this was the true policy. Either way it's an annoying finish to an otherwise unremarkable meal. It was enough to change my opinion from "meh" to "gross". On the bright side we found the internet quite reliable.

    • Average 3 star, not 4 star

Hotel is fine but just be aware its not a 4 star. We spent about 95 on this as we wanted to stay in a nice place but you could get so much better for 95. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was terrible. Food took 90 minutes to arrive and they gave us stir fry with spaghetti pasta instead of noodle as they were out of noodles.

    • Nice comfortable place

Beautiful hotel but not in a luxury area. The rooms were spacious and bed comfortable. The restaurant serves a buffet and each night i found something to eat that tasted good, considering that I am a picky eater. The service was great and they were friendly!

    • Great hotel in town

We stayed here before and after our Kilimanjaro climb. It turned out to be a solid choice - clean rooms and common areas, comfortable beds, air-conditioning, hot water and good pressure, decent restaurant for when you don't wish to go out. A special shoutout to our waiter and friend Lucas - he went the extra mile for us and also personally welcomed us back on our return. Would definitely stay again.

    • Food was lovely and room clean

We stayed here after a late arrival and the food in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed it and a lovely breakfast with a spicy twist. The location was good and very reasonably priced.
