I have to rate this Hilton as worse Airport Hilton I've stayed at so far. located at terminal 3, from CDG airport follow CDJV train (metro) and take it to Terminal 3, get off and walk 500 meter to reach. Receptionist Lily was very kind and stored my luggage for a day, I booked family room, king bed , but sofa bed was two small and uncomfortable, so I asked for roll-away bed and she provided. I stayed on the 4th floor, last room from airport side, no noise, but there is water leak from hallway window onto the floor rug, mildew smell noticed when I open the door. Breakfast is buffet style, nothing special, and it has common Bkfst ingredients. so I asked for an omelet and they brought it. Fruits is a good touch. Didn't like the executive lounge and its location near lobby (not in the executive floor). convenient location at the airport, but hotel lack of Hilton standard and service. For nightly rate above 200 Euros (Family room), I expected much more. C U Around

Been here before and was pleased with the accommodations. Return tonight being a Diamond member and Amex Centurion. Room was a broom closet. And a disabled broom closet at that, Had to step outside to turn around. Cannot sell it so give it to the Sucker. After being promised the Diamond room upgrade. Talking to the front desk is like talking to a mud wall. Nothing. All the promises of the Honors Status are a complete and total lie. We are only here for the night but it is the principle of the entire issue. Cannot wait for the automated response.

After an 11 hour flight from LAX our hotel room wasnt ready and we waited hours in the lobby. Finally got the key. Room had not been cleaned, sheets from prior occupant still on the bed, no towels, soap nor shampoo. Toilet ran continuously until I fixed it, scraps of paper on the floor. Entire housekeeping staff was freshly arrived from equatorial Africa with very little English or French. They offered to let me borrow half full shampoo bottle and used soap. Not angry at them, they are obviously being exploited. It was hard to believe we were in Paris and not some desperate third world nightmare.

Don't over promise and under deliver, and it's even worse when you have a numb and emotionless front desk manger, people's time is very valuable don't wast it, we almost missed our flight, i will not recommend this hotel.
