      Ihad come here as i had to attend a conference here. the location was the best as there was the 56 dukaan and so many eateries just outside the hotel. the staff were good, there was a place they were selling the local jewelry also which was reasonable. we bought that tooo. the bad points were that the breakfast served was pathetic and the showers did not work well here.

      We stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Indore. Rooms are well appointed. They have room service (Only veg). Breakfast was just ok and nothing great.. being in Indore you atleast expect a decent poha which was also not the case. Certainly area for improvement. In room service they dont even provide ice. so for drinks you have to carry with you from our side. Most Interesting part of the stay was the location of the hotel.. bang on the 56 dukan lane. After an exhausting day, step out of hotel and you can indulge in delicacies like Benjo, Poha and samose, rolls, chat and all across the 56 Dukan. Shall surely stay at this hotel for future travel to Indore. Cheers

      One the most important aspects of any customer experience is the level of service that is delivered to its customers. This place make sure that your experience is screwed up with their higher level of screwed up service. Un professional staff will make sure that your vacation is screwed and you will never turn up again. The guys at reception are horrible and the worst is the breakfast where they will make you feel that you are a beggar and have turned up for a free meal. Never ever book this place for the location as you will get far better options in close vicinity. This was my first booking through OYO and was my biggest mistake as they don't have any control over the management and one guy from OYO was standing there at the time of check out to understand the feedback to whom I showed a live conversation which was going on between me and the staff at counter. I asked him to just hear to our conversation and he will get his feedback.       The property is centrally located. We'll connected, right next to eateries at 56 dukaan. The rooms are decent size, with all sorts of facilities in room, from mini fridge to tea maker. Comfortable bed, Clean Cloths. Good wifi network, secured one. I like the property in all the ways, they have roof top restaurant, free breakfast. The problem lies in the attitude of the hotel reception and management, they don't attend or listen to your need and complaints. They can charge u for having a visitor visiting u in the room. Like I had my son visiting me after we had dinner, where he told me he wanted to stay, I asked recep3and they politely denied it. After their disapproval, I was disappointed and told the reception that I might leave the property if they don't let my son stay. I went to my room and then my son left with in 30 minutes of his stay. After that the reception kept calling me at 2am, then 5.30 am to ask me when I was leaving. I told them I will wait and talk to manager in morning. After that I received another call at 6am asking me to pay for my son. I told them he had left the very moment u denied his stay. This did not ended here, the reception called me again at 10.30 am and asked me impolitely to meet them right away. As it was time for manager's availability I went down where the lady asked me to pay for my son's stay. Which told them is incorrect and asked them to check with their guard and security at night. They told me they will confirm with restaurant and thru camera. But eventually they had no record from security guards, camera or the restaurant for my son's stay. They failed to produce any proof to me. But their rude behaviour was bad enough for me leaving the property in between of my stay. They told me it will take time for manager to arrive and for them to verify. I told them that I want to make a complaint and that I will pay for now, but if they fail to provide any proof then they have to return the amount, I even told them, the stay is chargeable for facilities like extra bed, breakfast, use of facilities and other toiletries. Any how I left the property, tried contacting OYO many times through app and fone. Everytime they asked for more time and in app they always showed as issue resolved. But it was a sad experience. A lot of you will feel technically if a guest visited the room it should be chargeable. U might be right in thinking. But I am looking towards aspect like hospitality and answerability. The manager never called me back nor OYO. Lastly to let readers know I have a permanent disability with my left leg, a fracture and sciatica pain. It is for that reason my children visited my room. I stayed alone yet I made booking for 2 adults, as the app did not allowed me to book for 3 people in same room. This episode also made me aware that the hotel security is really not working, any one can walk into ur room, the security neither stops them nor keeps any records. Also cameras don't work. Lastly hotel does not provide hot water in shower, it is cold or slightly warm, but uncomfortable to take a please t bath, hotel doesn't provide toiletries for number of guests, one towel per room.

      I had booked through goibibo and they refused to check in on local id despite the mention in the booking that local id except PAN card is acceptable. They were not ready to listen stating it's hotel policy and even goibibo could not do anything. Had to get through connects with hotel owner to fix this. The rooms are terrible small with no space to move. Had asked for a bucket and what was provided was a very very dirty one probably was used for cleaning. The blanket was smelling a lot with perfume of previous guest and thus though it looked clean they don't bother to change the sheets of the earlier guest. I had checked in late and only realised thus after getting to sleep which was late and no alternate was provided. There was too much noise and chattering of the staff outside and at 12:30 am in morning had to shout to reception to get this stopped. Overall pathetic experience. Will not recommend to anyone, total waste of money.
