From the moment I entered Noosa parade my anticipation was for a wonderful stay at the Sebel. I wasn't disappointed. When I entered the car park my first impression was "where the hell am I and where is reception?" But what i thought was a rabbit warren soon became a very well laid out carpark with direct access to the resort. I was really easy to negotiate the Sebel property from then on.

From the moment we entered the car park, yes the car park as we got confused with the directions and found a lovely staff member who helped us and took us too reception, to our welcome, the room which was fabulous (1 bedroom suite), hiring of bikes, the pool, staff are friendly and so helpful, that our two night stay was amazing.

    • A well located stay

The Sebel is an excellent location to enjoy a stay in Noosa. Our apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was of a high standard. All staff we encountered at The Sebel were friendly and helpful. A ideal location for an enjoyable stay

    • Great Location

We recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment in block 2 (the center block facing the adjoining hotel - as opposed to looking out over the swimming pools). The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted or expected for the price, and all the facilities were of an equal standard. All the staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We chose the Sebel on location and price, and felt that it delivered on both. Hastings Street is right on the doorstep so it was super easy to get to the local facilities. Meals/room service are provided by the Aromas Restaurant. We didn't try the room service, but ate at there for both lunch and dinner, and enjoyed all the meals we tried. I would definitely stay here again and have no major negatives worth mentioning.

Oh dear, where to start? I stayed here multiple times when passing through on business. Always rented a one bedroom apartment and generally it was okay. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, it's provided by a restaurant on Hasting Street. You get a breakfast voucher which entitles you to a very limited choice. Eg eggs on toast. That's it, a single slice of sour dough bread and a poached egg. Nothing extra. Definitely not 5*. The rooms are clean but vary in quality. Within the same booking category you can get a nice room closer towards Hastings Street or one towards the back. This happened this time around, the balcony overlooks the traffic jam on Noosa Parade, right above the entrance to the carpark. The bedroom windows are facing right outside the kids pool and BBQ area which means that the bedroom either stinks of BBQ or has a high noise level. While we stayed here construction works were done to the entrance to the carpark which made the unit even noisier. The other side of the bedroom has windows facing the side entrance. If you want to get some fresh air and want the windows open you will have noise form residents returning home all night. This is unacceptable, considering you pay $400 per night. Next time I'll be going back to Peppers.
