    • ANOTHER GREAT STAY WITH A LOT OF ATTENTION GIVEN TO US AS PAST QUESTS.

After advising my ongoing problem with a hip problem we had extra attention with our bed being fitted with raised castors , a shower seat and a hand held shower fitting, and assistance with luggage,The usual friendly, helpful and courteous staff in all areas of the hotel, even on first name basis made a very pleasant stay.

Easy access and parking. Very friendly staff. Would have liked restaurant food to be allowed into the room due to limited ability to access the restaurant. Very comfortable in the room although couches not too comfortable when one has to spend more than usual time in them.

    • 3.5 Pretty average facilities & poor in-room cleaning

Pretty average hotel which looks like its about 10 years old so things are in good nick. The hallways looked newly painted. But the aircon did not work for the first day - later fixed by staff via the fuse box (which had to be attended to twice more). One small bottle of water which was not replaced... Bathroom is really average and not at the level that one might be expected in this price bracket. Continental breakfast is also very average and the serving space inadequate. One waitress in the morning could not cope with the through put of guests so long delays getting served. But once the order was in the food was pretty quick to get to the table. Staff are friendly and attentive. Peppers might be a better choice??

This hotel has a good location and rooms are spacious and clean although their layouts are a bit odd. Basic facilities and that's where it stops. The staff here are quirky and be outside rude. I have stayed here twice and both times I've been poorly treated by staff at reception. I will definitely not be back and would not reccomend
