    • Relaxed urgency in Room 241

      First time trip to Vail. What started out as a simple business conference/retreat turned into a visit to the urgent care, 2 trips to the pharmacy and supplemental O2 from the in house spa. I say relaxed urgency as I never wanted for anything. The help was there every time and done in a relaxed professional manner. Transportation to urgent care and 2x pharmacy in W Vail (see my review of Country Market Pharmacy). Jennifer brought ginger ale at 3:30am to help with what we thought was an upset stomach. That aside, praise goes out to Coleman who checked us in and out, Nick and Bobby who provided ground transportation, Rita and Rebecca who were the catering and conference specialists and made sure the food presentation, quality and setup was always spot on. This is a family owned hotel with Ritz Carlton and 4 Seasons customer service. Smiles everywhere, 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby. Transportation fro Denver International is not easy. Calculate 2.5 hours each way. Uber took us there but had to take Colorado Mountain Express back. Thanks to Rita for forcibly making me call CME Sunday morning at breakfast otherwise we might not have made our flight on time. She stood over me at our table and said "call now". Thank you Alex for our time at checkout when I could tell you what transpired and how wonderful the staff was.

      My wife and I stayed at the Sebastian for our 10 year anniversary. From the moment we arrived the service was first class! The concierge got us prime time reservations at the best restaurant in town, room service was incredible and the spa was heavenly! We havent had a trip that great since our honeymoon! I cant say enough great things about our stay and we absolutely cannot wait to go back as soon as possible! 10 stars!!!!!!

      My first weekend ever in Vail was perfection at the Sebastian, which was the location for Todd Durkins Mastermind retreat. After the first day, it became obvious that Rita and Rebecca were taking ownership of our groups needs and they truly cared about making our stay a wonderful experience. The housekeeping staff, the desk staff, Chef Tyson, the parking valets, EVERYONE made the experience seamless and pleasurable. Thank you very much!

      Lovely hotel, very dog friendly and accommodating. Great staff and amenities, comfortable and quiet room. Right in Vail Village - making everything easy to walk to. Nice restaurant on site. I would definitely return..

      The hotel staff was all very friendly but I must give a special thank you to Chef Tyson. He went above and beyond to make special meals that were free of all of my son's multiple food allergies. Everything was delicious!
