      We just completed a five-night stay at this resort, which happens to be our second visit. And the Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida does not fail to deliver. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Everyone seemed super friendly, helpful and responsive. The property, including the rooms were clean and serviced everyday. They were especially generous and kind to our 5 year old son, who collected a number of stuffed animals during our stay. My only feedback is the WI-FI connection around the pool area was pretty weak. They need to improve the WI-FI availability.

      Another great stay at a Ritz Carlton. we have stayed at Amelia Island and at their Sarasota hotel. This time we stayed in Naples, Florida and chose to stay at the Club level which worked great for us and was perfect as usual. The service was impeccable everywhere though, the staff friendly and professional and made us feel welcome at all times.

      The Ritz has the best service. The employees of this place take great care of you. Wow so friendly. The beach is nice the rooms are nice. The lobby is good. I do think this place needs a face lift. Also we were in the lobby are each night. The service was perfect, but you need a bar in the lobby. Some place people can sit and talk and order there drinks. I was not a fan of the set up, but loved the staff. Very very good. @marriott another good visit.

      Although we stayed at the golf resort nearby for a conference, we enjoyed going back & forth, enjoying both properties. The beach was spectacular with incredible white soft sand. Beach service was impeccable. Look for Brandon. Lunch at Gumbo Limbo provided a panoramic view and delicious food/drinks. Shout out to Alicia, our bartender & Matthew, our server.

      A day after booking a 5 night vacation at The Ritz, we received an email stating the Relaxation/Lap Pool was going to be under construction for the duration of our stay. I spoke with a front desk Manager, Fowler, and explained how we were disappointed to learn we would not be able to use one of the amenities and this should have been stated by the reservationist who booked our stay or had a note on The Ritz website so potential guests can be made aware of this maintenance, which can help them be more informed when deciding on booking a stay at your resort for the dates maintenance will be taking place. Fowler remedied the issue by giving us an upgrade (from coastal room to Beachfront) and allowed us to use the mineral pool at the Spa. From there on out our entire stay was incredible. The food, service, amenities, Spa and all the staff members were beyond our expectations. My wife and I not only express our grievances with any business we find issues with, but we're also big believers in praising employees as well. The following staff members deserve this praise. Bellhop - Jovan (not sure if we're spelling his name correctly) & Bryan. Bryan gave us discount cards of $50 spa treatments. Front Desk - Charles & Patrick. Very nice, professional and accommodating. Gumbo Limbo - Hector (we requested him the second time we ate there) & manager Rachel Brannigan. The first day we got to The Ritz, while eating here, it started to pour and the staff immediately gave us towels to keep from getting wet, as we continued to enjoy our food. The second time we ate here, which was our last night at the resort, they (Hector and Rachel) went above and beyond when they brought out a triangular rack that had shelves with all sorts of toppings to put on the ice creams that they gave us complimentary. Our kids eyes lit up. Poolside staff - JD, Leslie (female), Jaiden (male), Ibo, Watson, Baga & Alex (male) were all fantastic. The food was also excellent. Beach staff: Anna Marie, Angela, Genisis, Mario, Connor & Philipos were all so welcoming and helpful. My son had gotten sand in his eye and was immediately given water for me to flush his eye out and gave us eye drops. Their care and concern meant a lot, especially to my 13 year old. Terrazza - Alec, Corrine & Jaiden (female) were all on point. Great service, friendly and attentive. The Grill - Bart. Top notch waiter. Him and other staff members knew just when to refill our wine and Pellegrino and our children's tap water. The food was not only superb, but was served at a great pace. The Spa - Linda & Mary. Linda massaged my wife and Mary massaged me and both were simply flawless. The atmosphere, decor, relaxing music, focusing on specific areas and the products used all made that experience A+. In-room dining services - Islande. My wife mentioned how one of her favorite flowers is the Orchard, which a glass had a few petals of that very flower and a short time later, Islande brought in a vase filled with them. My wife was in awe. I'll end with this. My wife and I understand everything isn't always perfect and things sometimes happen. It's about making a wrong, right, and that's exactly what the Ritz did for us when we learned an amenity would not be available to us, which is part of what we were paying for. Everything else, from the moment we stepped foot in The Ritz, until we entered our shuttle to take us back to the airport on our last day there, was perfect. We were also worried about staying at The Ritz, thinking there may be a lot of snooty people, since it does draw wealthy people, but we met nothing but down to earth folks, some with children and some without. We are happy we chose The Ritz and will definitely be back. We have to... we're rewards members, lol. Thank you so much for providing my children, wife and I with an unforgettable experience at your resort.
