My friend and I stayed at the plaza for five days in the month of August. We had the best experience. The hotel is very clean, nice ambiance, and great location. The staff is extremely nice, they go beyond to make you feel welcome. We had access to the lounge which made our stay perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone from business to leisure trip.

ReviewedThis centrally located hotel in the older north (of the river) part of the city was a pleasure to visit. Check in was friendly and efficient. The lobby is stylish and simple with entrances on both sides. There is a network of shops on the level below the lobby and several high-end restaurants on the upper two floors. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all standard hotel amenities. The wireless was free and fast. There is an indoor swimming pool but due to time constraints I was not able to evaluate this. Definitely an excellent place to stay in Seoul and the price was fairly reasonable.

ReviewedWe stayed here over a holiday weekend. They could not upgrade the room because the hotel was sold out, but could give access to the lounge. The lounge is very nice and I would recommend the staff for help with questions. The hotel was spotless and the location is perfect. I would recommend to stay here again.

ReviewedStayed with friends here earlier this year. We received a free upgrade upon arrival which was awesome. Staff were great, couple of missed days for room cleaning but gave the front end a call and it was cleaned up on our return. My flight was delayed a day and I had to book the hotel again and was offered a complimentary upgraded king room again. Very centrally located with great access to transportation within the city. I'll be back in the near future.

ReviewedFun design features, outstanding friendly service, unbeatable location. The aromatherapy at the Plaza is amazing. Im not usually a fan since I have allergies, but the natural oils used in the air and the Hermes bathing products are delightful. Nice food spread in business lounge.
