Not a great hotel. I was aware of the disabled facilities before I booked but was not prepared for a dirty bathroom. The website didnt say there was no restaurant so stupidly I assumed there would be. Never mind just eat did the trick. The noise both outside in the hall and outside the window wasnt great. It just wasnt my type of hotel I suppose

    • Service was non existant

We stayed for 4 nights and outside of one of the receptionists being friendly, the service was nowhere to be seen. Worst of all: Not once did housekeeping come and change our bedsheets or clean our room. So we slept with the same bed sheets for 4 nights. I would say avoid this place and choose somewhere else. You get access to the stadium swimming pool and gym but it doesnt really add to the experience. It is still an awful experience. Breakfast was bad too, They definitely don't make you feel like home. We had people smoking weed below us. Police was visiting the hotel twice during our stay. Just all sorts of a mess. There are some positives, its cheap, the room is nice and spacious. There is only one person working in the hotel at a time. Other than the receptionist there is nobody in the hotel. I hope this helps you all out. Would I go back? No, Housekeeping ruined it for us.

Fantastic hotel, rooms really spacious and disabilities really well catered for, very clean, plenty of safe parking and the lady on reception couldn't be more helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Only staying for 1 night but even so it wasnt the best. Sign on the desk which said if unmanned please call a number. I did no one answered. Waited for a while until a lady came, no apology just took name and practically threw the card machine in front of me. Went to the room and laundry was at the top of the stairs we arrived after 5pm so imagine it was out all day. WiFi non existent in the room we were in. Curtains fell down for no reason. No maintenance team apparently so was a DIY job. Even if there were no issues I still think its over priced for what you get. In desperate need of a refurb.

Good budget stay; parking onsite but you may not be able to get right outside the hotel as the this car park is small, there is other parking outside the pool. You can access the paraolympic pool as a hotel guest which is great. We came into contact with three staff members and all of them were dear and helpful. We had a later Sunday morning check out and this was not a problem - no annoying extra fee either. There's an Asda a 5 minute walk away; and Aylesbury centre is 5 minutes in the car. Good value.
