I am traveling a lot in Europe and Asia and I have visited a lot of, what they call, high standard hotel brands. But what I have experienced here is magnificent. Excellent hotel with great personal service. GM Antonio and Jessie worked it out perfectly!

The italian restaurant, is amazing. The food is totally italian! The general manager Mr. Jerry Ma, is perfectionist and so we had amazing dinner for 11 people. We recommend it as a MUST in beijing Michal

The staff at the Bulgari are truly exemplary of what great modern service looks like. Cheerful, helpful and extremely resourcefulthey will take of literally whatever you need, so you can focus on work or having fun in Beijing! When I arrived due to a series of mishaps I had no way to pay for the room until a few hours after check-in. Jessie the front desk manager went above and beyond to help me get everything squared away and made me 100% certain that Ill stay here again next time Im in Beijing.

Me and my husband stayed at Bulgari Beijing for the weekend and it was just perfect! The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for us. Soon after we left the airplane, there was an airport representative waiting for us with our names, he took us all the way thru immigration, baggage, security check and we went straight to the limo that had wifi, water, snacks... what an impressive welcome! When we arrived to the hotel we had our check in done in our suite that had an amazing view to the lake and there were some amenities and Bulgari chocolates to welcome us! Our kind butler Bruce was always helpful and ready to help us, he even gave us his WeChat contact in case we needed any help. Thanks to Juan for organising our activities and also helped to arrange a limo to take us to Mutianyu Great Wall that is a must visit place when in Beijing! After that we went back to hotel to relax a bit on their gorgeous spa. We stayed a bit on their pool and then went for 90min massage. Nicole suggested me to take the La Mer Body Treatment that was the perfect recommendation! After that my skin was super soft and moisturised! My husband had the aromatherapy massage and loved it! Before dinner we had some Aperitivo, kind of a happy hour for drinks and snacks. For breakfast they offer western or chinese set options, we had the western with some bread, sweets, fruits, granola and eggs that was delicious! The staff was super kind and always ready. On weekends they serve brunch and we had it on sunday. I was shocked by so many good quality and variety of food! There was an authentic italian cold cuts and cheese table, hams were sliced at the moment and super fresh! They serve some food at the table, including a private collection bulgari caviar. The desert table was just incredible! The hotel has some guest activities and we did the Lama Tour with Nancy. She took us to the temple, bought our tickets and explained about the history and culture. Transportation and Ticket costs are free of charge, what is super nice! They also have bicycles available for tour. Service during our stay was impeccable, every time we went back to the room that was a surprise, housekeeping team did an amazing job! They put tissues and lens cleaner for our glasses, organised our charger cables and my make up products, left some pillow mist and hand creams. Special thanks to Antonio and Nico for making it a memorable stay! I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to everyone!
