very good and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms with great services glad to be have chosen this hotel i would recommend this hotel for a fun 5 star stay central location walking distance to market and various restaurants

The hotel is located on the city's central avenue close to a subway station and a 10-minute walk from Liberty Square. Large, spacious rooms, equipped with everything needed. A rich and delicious breakfast. Kind service by hotel staff. Indoor swimming pool and spa are excellent. The 31st-floor hotel restaurant has excellent food and views of the entire city.

Excellent hotel with gorgeous views. The hotel is also just a short walk to a nearby mall and the freedom plaza. The concierge was very helpful with getting me Sulfur bath reservations and making great recommendations for places to see around the city.

House Keeping Staff

Had stayed in Baltimore Hotel for a period of 9 days. The house keeping team is the most rudest in the world. An Orange colored house keeping staff female came to do the room who was chewing gum the whole time. Opened our closet and drawers which is not allowed at all without prior permission. Since it contains a persons valuables, money, passports, jewelry etc. when the head of House Keeping was informed who is pregnant sided with the staff stating it is ok for the staff to go through guests belongings. Hence, giving them a legal right to steal if they feel like. After the complaint the orange haired staff came back ready to attack us physically and also spat on the floor on the way out. After this experience I will never stay in a hotel where the safety of the guests and their belongings is compromised.

One of the best hotels in tblisi, It is really modern and luxury. Our room on 22nd floor had a wonderful view of the city. very good location and wonderful breakfast we really enjoyed our stay But unfortunately I have to mention some negative points: Some of the staff are impolite. The one at reception made a very unpleasent mistake about our reservation and they didnt even make an apology. The guy at the pool was so rude. And the room safe is not safe at all :/ there were a note that we are not responsible for the safety of your belongings wow thats odd!!! and they will lock the room refrigerator if you didnt put a deposite at the reception!! A five star service???!!!!
