      First dahab is great place for relaxing ,enjoying sea , beach , many activities, places to visit Swiss inn is known hotel and one if the best in dahab -ve *Very bad reception person I try to ask for car to almashaya he told me to take a car from outside although they have one, Also he didnt explain me what is the hotel activity , places , and restaurant time * room furniture is old * towel is old * lack of fruit in restaurant *beach need renovation for chairs +ve *Beach , food , facilities, cleanliness *Beach is very nice and safe for children with nice view for mountain and huge bar beach * food :restaurant is good what make it special is person whos name is mr mahmoud very nice person and makes you eat with happy feeling *facilities : every thing is available small gym kids area restaurants beach and pool bar *cleanliness: good housekeeping

      Me and my husband we usually visit dahab as a couple but this time was a different trip as we have our 10 month old baby girl with us so we picked this hotel relaying on the chain name as we thought we are going with the safe option here ... it was our biggest mistake After a very long 7 hrs drive with a baby we wanted to get into our room quickly to change and shower and so on ... the reception staff they were extremely stiff and they didnt even welcome us with a smile ... we sent them an email earlier requesting a double room garden view and when we arrived we asked to have a double bed room not king bed room. They accommodated us in room no 418 once we entered the room i noticed its has dirt and not very clean the room was extremely small ... went to use the bathroom to find out the sink is not working and there is a problem in the plumbing , no soaps to use!! also my husband found one of the electrical sockets is not working and not safe ! we also asked for a baby crib and the house keeping got us a bed actually not working as one side is flimsy and when you give it a light push it will fall so we asked to change it but got us another one the same situation which for sure we wont accept then the house keeping kept on sating that it wont fall and its safe !!! As if am going to risk my babys safety We called the reception to complain and asked for a different room as well as we needed a room with a bath tub and they gave us didnt have one. Calling the reception for more than 5 times in half an hour to complain from a different thing each time wasnt a good experience at all specially when they answer with a very weird attitude saying they were preparing to us a large bed room but we asked for double bed one so that had to give us one was not 100% ready cuz we changed our request ( we never requested a large bed room in our reservation email) They sent some one to fix the sink which took 30 min to get to our room and started to unplug the pipes and all that time we are just waiting to use the bathroom!!!!!!!! My husband asked to change the room they tried to put us in a room very far with a very bad sewage smell in it. So my husband had to act and went to the reception asking for a refund as we wont stay in this hotel after this awful treatment so they had to act as he was talking in front of foreigner guests and they didnt want to look bad They gave us room no 402 which was fine and weirdly had a bathtub in it ( so they had the option available from the beginning) The house keeping git us a working baby crib But the TV wasnt working and they had to come back and fix it On the next day guest relations asked us about our stay when we were on the beach we told them what happened they listened and that was it ... I expected an apology after all of the hassle we have been through but nothing One day we called and asked for a knife to cut some fruits the guy on the phone asked us if we have a kid can come to the restaurant to pick it up instead of sending someone!!!! What a great customer service Anyway it was the worst stay worst staff ever dealt with the food was tasteless never staying in that hotel again and will always recommend to avoid

      A group of friends and I stayed at the Swiss Inn for a few days upon our arrival in Egypt. The staff was friendly and accommodating to newcomers to Egypt. The buffet was the same each day, but with plenty of variety, it was ok for a few days. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Swiss Inn.

      Im used to visit Dahab and I really love this city but this year I was in swiss in hotel and it was so bad The reception employees were very taff The people in restaurant and bars was also so taff I reserved for all inclusive not all included but when I reached I discovered that I must pay for any thing I need or any help Example: pizza just margreta kind that included with all inclusive reservation but other kind i must pay for it When I checked out I pay 30 $ for water and coffee Could anybody believe that!!!! The manager hasnt any control for his employees I just feel like Im in jungle and every body just want to pay for him even the housekeeping To be aunes the location for hotel is good but anything else was bad

      We arrived at the Swiss Hotel not knowing what to expect , even though the reviews were very good, but to our good surprise the hospitality when we arrived was excellent. The family rooms are very spacious and has all what is needed in a room, the sofa bed is comfortable, but the resort needs to update the main bed mattress , it is very hard and thin, also the pillows need to be fluffier. The hospitality of the staff is actually excellent , all over the resort, they all make you feel at home and and the smile never leaves their faces. We had the chance to meet the GM Mr. Peter, who has been in the hospitality business for a long time , who is also very hospitable and courteous . Our last night there was a dinner at the beach, which was out of this world. from the food to the setup and service which was exquisite. We had an amazing family vacation and the resort is recommended to all. Thank You Swiss Inn Resort, we are sure to visit again.
