Stayed here 14th and 15th for a birthday break. I am a guide dog owner and I also have a retired guide dog, Stradey park said it was fine for me to bring both dogs. We ate in the restaurant which was ok. Cant comment on any of the spar as we didnt use these facilities. The staff were all Luvly very polite efficient and friendly. Room service was very prompt. We were room only I did find the room a little small and there was no air con but they did provide a desk top fan which did help. I would stay here again and maybe try some of the treatments next time.

Me and my mum visited the spa at the end of August after booking the Twilight package and had a fab time. Although the spa was small, the facilities were great and the setting was gorgeous. We received a back massage which we thoroughly enjoyed and all the staff within the spa and the bar were so helpful and friendly. Having complimentary water, tea and coffee was also a great bonus to the package! Defo look forward to visiting again!

Booked an accessible room. When we went to book in, a room on the 3rd floor was reserved for us, which was not suitable as it has a shower over the bsth. I had specified when booking that I wanted an accessible room. The very kind sympathetic receptionist soon corrected the situation, and were allocated a ground floor room with a walk in shower. The room was good, very comfortable bed and the location very quiet. To make this room better for the less abled a rail in the shower would be ideal and moving the shower soap dispenser on the wall near the shower controls. The evening meal was fantastic and very good value for money. Our breakfast was hot, plenty of it and tasty, and once again the staff very helpful. Thank you for our lovely stay, to the young man that came and put the television to work and yes we will b e definitely be back hopefully soon.

Very pleasant staff, but let down by Quality of room. Room 19 was situated over the Spa and during the night the room was unbearable with the heat. Disappointed on check out when asked how was my stay, I replied awful nights sleep due to the temperature only to be told sorry. Gives the appearance they dont care.

    • The perfect base for exploring this stunning area

We stayed here while visiting the Gower and the amazing beaches along this part of the South Wales coast. A great first impression of this lovely building, situated up a relatively steep slope but it's easily accessible. We had a warm welcome at reception. The receptionist mentioned there was a wedding party and a baby shower taking place, but offered us a room on the quieter side of the hotel, which turned out to be just fine. The room was a decent size and pretty much as you'd expect, with a powerful shower, coffee and tea, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with the usual range of cereals, juices and hot foods. We didn't go near the spa, and ran out of time to check out the guest roof terrace, but overall we found this a great hotel for a comfortable night in a stunning part of the world.
