Staybridge Suites Philadelphia-Mt. Laurel Family vacation so my dad booked three rooms on the same floor and cousins were so excited for indoor pool. Arrived and looked at the pool which was green and moldy. My mom mentioned that my niece has immune issues and she was concerned. The front desk dismissed and said its fine - its warm and salt water. I arrived and was applauded my parents were waiting for two hours - granted not check in yet - and was disgusted by the algae infested pool. They then shared they could not get us rooms together despite us specifically requesting months ago. Also said they didnt know about he pool and agree it not working and closed it. I explained we just drove 3 hours and this is out family vacation to philly and was very disappointed. One staff member was nice. The other rolled her eyes. I am at Marriott Gold so called the Aloft hotel down the block who kindly got us rooms near each other and a clean pool. The former hotel was not sympathetic and did nothing to compensate. Shameful - kids could have gotten sick and they couldnt care less. Heath Dept with be contacted. My dad asked for compesation via points or something - they responded "why we have closed the pool". We wasted our afternoon, was treated poorly and had to find another place to stay last min.

We just stayed here one night on our way traveling through. This would be a great place to stay on a vacation or for work as the suites are very spacious, clean, and there is an indoor pool that is warm. We were there for one night over the weekend and it appears that there is the opportunity for free dinners Monday through Wednesdays (not sure if it is every week). From a conversation overheard at the front desk, apparently over the weekend there is less turn-down service unless requested so that is something for travelers to keep in mind if staying over the weekend for more than one night. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable.

We had a last minute change of plans and decided to head to the Philadelphia zoo for a day of fun. We literally booked when we were about 2 hours away. The room was nice for a family of 4 - I just wish the hide a bed was a little bigger than a double. The pool was your average hotel pool - there were kids with a HUGE float that took up about half of it and was unable to be enjoyed by others. They were very quick to provide extra sheets and blankets.

We were there with our grandsons after a day at Sarah Sams. A real nice, comfortable and clean room. The staff was very welcoming. Very close to restaurants and stores. We would definitely go back again.

No. Never again. First they were overbooked after I had set reservation a week in advance due to maintenances. the staff specifically Damian was unable to help me find the AC unit. Cold nights. Honestly, if you want the truth, this is not the place that you want to be at, there are plenty of hotels in the area including the aloft where you should probably stay.
