    • Beautiful hotel, clean, and friendy staff

St. Regis was a wonderful hotel. I was in park city for 4 nights but only stayed at St. Regis one night because of lack of space (the other nights were spent at the montage). If you are between St. Regis and the Montage, all I can say is that you cannot go wrong with either one. I could not pick one over the other. The St. Regis is a bit smaller, which is great because it's easy to get around. The staff at the St. Regis is super friendly, butler service is amazing, food at their restaurant was also delicious--great pancakes. Clean facility and amazing views towards the back/pool. Their guided hikes are a must! They are bit further from main street but still a quick ride.

    • Small dated rooms, poor service, terrible Valet.

First off, the careless valet driver hit a curb & damaged my brand new rims on a high end car. Next, they checked us in to small, dated room, even though I paid extra to upgrade. Very thin walls, I could hear the guy in the room next to us snoring all night. Nothing about my experience was luxury. I have stayed in many much nicer hotels in the area for much less money. Will not go back.

What a great place. it's a beautiful hotel and friendly staff. We visited in the summer and it's we'll worth it. It's about 30 minutes from the airport. They have a van service that will bring you to and from any location within 5 miles.

While the St. Regis is known for excellent service and amenities, this hotel has many other drawbacks. First, the hotel has no charm and looks like a penitentiary. The food was horrible. The most irritating thing is that you can drive up to the hotel if you use an entrance that is several miles out of the way from Park city but you cannot drive up if you use the entrance close to Park city. You can give your car to a valet and then take a funicular up to the hotel. The funicular has no ventilation so it felt like a sauna. Also, your car does not make it up to the hotel until they can get it there, which sometimes is an hour. I was told it is because they do not want traffic in this closed part of Deer Valley. However, the farther entrance requires a 1.5 miles drive in this enclave while the closer one is only a few hundred feet. So go figure. Go to Stein Eriksen lodge or Montage. Much better and less hassle.

    • Beautiful Property, Great Service

      Reviewed 19 August 2019

Just want to say the property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were relaxing and the food was fantastic. I went during ski season and was not disappointed. First time skiing in Utah - it took awhile to get used to the Deer Valley setup, but really enjoyed not having to navigate alongside of snow boarders. Service was great, absolutely no issues there. It stood up to the St. Regis name. Navigating to the hotel itself was a little confusing, but not really an issue. Just look over the route before you make the trip. Only complaint is it was difficult to find a quiet spot in the lobby area during the day. LOTS of kids, which is to be expected and really welcomed... love that this is a family friendly resort. Just unfortunate some kids were out of control and their parents really didnt do anything about it. That is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but it did impact the stay. Would have enjoyed the fireplaces more if we were actually able to relax there. Overall fantastic hotel and will return!
