    • Look for Micheal....

Absolutely spectacular! Sheraton hotels are always top notch but this one in particular was special. Aside from the normal exemplary service, we had the pleasure of meeting Micheal Self at their hotel bar. I simply cannot put into words how amazing Michael's service was throughout our entire stay. Truly an expert within his craft, and an amazing resource for narrowing down what to do/not to do within the Nashville area. In fact, his impeccable service and spot on recommendations were the entire reason we extended our trip by 2 days. 10/10 the only place to stay in Nashville by a landslide. Great people, multiple professional shuttle services for downtown and the airport. This will definitely be the only place we stay during future visits. Be mindful that certain room discounts exist and the hotel is happy to accpommodate almost any imaginable requests. Michael, if you're reading this at some point then thank you for turning our vacation into a once in a lifetime experience!

    • Cons with Reservation Glitch & poor customer service by management.

Overall I have a low likely hood to ever return to this hotel. Mainly because my checkin process took almost 45mins. My boyfriend(gold member) book this room for me. We decided on it because of no pet fee, we later found out there was a $75 pet fee. My boyfriend had me call him & speak to management. Once I requested this at the front desk, the checkin process got sour. The manager actually had my BF on speaker, while he was asking about pet fee that wasnt disclosed (I later found were the pet fee was located; the manager never sent the promised screen shots). The manager also rudely tried to call me out to my BF. He was completely disgusted by this, she also proceeded to call him by my last name. This frustrated him even more. After it was all said in done, we got now where. She didnt even finish the convo with him, she just tossed me the phone. There also was a request for a first floor room not by the elevator (due to sleep disturbances with my mental health & for the puppy). They advised they had this covered. I walked to my room & it was right in front of the elevator. I felt so belittled. I couldnt believe it. The room was far away from the main entrance, was like a 10min power walk. Im glad I walked to it, because the wonderful Valet/bell men was going to deliver my bags. I hurried down and told him I did not get the room I requested. He apologized and felt terrible, I apologized to him. One because he delivers bags/valet parking & also works for tips to some extent. I let the manager know, she then said she had no first floor, 1 king bed & not next to elevator. She than told me she could put me in a double bed room, I said absolutely not we did not pay for that, it was guaranteed. I said please just find a king bed not close to the elevator. I said I have to let my dog out, so I waited 10mins or so. I came back in and the hotel line was so long at 10p at night. She finally noticed me and apologized for the room. I finally got a room 45mins later. Later in the evening I noticed my puppy going under the bed, I took a look. Well there was trash/crumbs/dust underneath it. Also the bathroom needed a new toilet seat. The best part of my experience was the valet/bell man. He was so kind, empathetic, sympathetic, and made me smile. He didnt judge me and helped me with all my bags. Im grateful this hotel has him, he displayed the best customer service from this entire hotel.

We stayed here on a weekend road trip. The grounds are attractive and well groomed. The lobby has lots of room for visiting or people watching. There is also a restaurant/ bar in the lobby. The rooms were quite large with a balcony. Beds were comfortable. You have plenty of USB ports in the room. The lamps have them as well as the love seat thats in the room. The rooms were quiet. We were right over the busy entrance. On the balcony it was loud but in room you heard none of the noise. Would definitely return.

I was hesitant when booking based on the mixed reviews, and truly impressed when we arrived. Location is excellent with two means of access allowing for lower traffic volume, 10-15 min from everything in the area, modern, very well maintained, excellent customer service, comfy beds, lovely balcony view of the indoor pool, gazebo, and sitting areas, all nestled into a country-like atrium setting. Spacious rooms with refrigerator and coffee maker. I am an Elite Yelper so more detail to follow there. Suffice to say of all the hotels I observed during my stay and scouted prior online, this one is the best value by far.
