The room was very clean and warm, with the means to make a nice cup of tea refreshed every day, and a lovely breakfast every morning. Amanda and her family were more than accommodating, in short everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay in a relaxing seaside town.

I can not understand how no one has commented regarding the very steep road to this B&B Yes I agree nice folk now running it etc. BUT, the climb back from Sands road up St Andrews rd is an ordeal . Most go out in their car, but I did not want to drive/park just to go half a mile into Town. So anyone with walking problems should be aware of St Andrews rd. there are a few B&Bs up there..

What a lovely friendly place to stay. Amanda and her family were very welcoming. I loved the organic touches, good quality loo roll (very important .) That they used local produce where possible and supplied buckets and spades in the event of forgetting your own. Also with less than a five minute walk you are by the sea front at Goodrington Sands! Perfect location! I would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with everything and miss our breakfasts very much. Ian and Amanda,Chris and Joan are a wonderful family to be running this guest house. Close to the beach and encourage guests to use the dining room in the evening for takeaway dining. For families who need to use takeaway dining this is the perfect setting. A very nice bar opens in the evening for you if you require any drinks at very reasonable prices too. A great atmosphere and chatty guests make for a very enjoyable setting.
