We been here for 4 night I been nice holiday for us we really enjoyed the service of staff specially ibrar and and the whole team of plantation and supervisor nalin is very supportive and attentive we will be back again of this examplary service

ReviewedMy friend and I have just had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel. Special thanks to Ragi and Naveed on concierge and all the pool staff, very polite, kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again. All the food at the Sofitel is excellent, the rooms are spacious and have everything you would need. Just outside the door is JBR with plenty restaurants and cafes.

ReviewedI visit dubai atleast 3 times a year and this is the first time I have stayed at Sofitel JBR. All the staff at Sofitel have made our visit so welcoming, especially Ammad at the pool side. My daughter is 3years old and decided not to leave the hotel and stay at the pool side, she has not only enjoyed the amazing service, but also the food and activities around the pool area. The life guard (Rizwan) has helped her swim and built her confidence to swim alone. I would definitely recommend Sofitel over any hotel I have stayed in so far. Thank you Ammad and his team for the tremendous hospitality and making us feel welcome. This is why we love Dubai! Sofitel you have now gained a regular customer. A big thumbs up from the UK!!!!
