    • Excellent Service

All staff were very friendly and wiling to assist in any way to make our experience positive from changing our room to provide us with a better view to helping hold the elevator door open for us. The kids were offered a complimentary free movie and they loved the waterslide. The pool area was clean and well-managed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a great stay!

    • Amazing wedding venue!

Our wedding day at The Top of the Inn was absolutely stunning. We were so happy with everything. The feedback we received from our guests was nothing but 5 star! The food was absolutely incredible. Best wedding meal Ive ever had., loved the family style service. It felt so homey!, the staff was so attentive and there was so much food. I really could go on and on... The event staff was so lovely. The service was excellent at the head table and I heard nothing but good feedback from the guests, especially the ones with allergies and alterations to their meals. They felt very special and accommodated. I bumped into Majid in the hallway and he was very sweet! Also a shout out to the bartenders Joan and (I totally cant remember his name) but they loved our guests and I could tell they were also having such a good time!! Thank you again for the wine, strawberries and robes! Such a special touch and the Sheraton will always be a very special place when we get to visit in the future. All in all the experience was worth every bit of stress and every penny spent. We will never forget it and thank you to Jillaine for everything that you did for us! From the food tasting, to the follow up meetings and then the big day...We cant quite find the words.

    • Make sure that you Eat Out!

      Reviewed 12 August 2019

We just recently stayed at the Sheraton Cavalier in downtown Saskatoon. The hotel was great. We were a group of 10 including 4 children. The main attraction on the weekend is their water park - a hit for the children. They have two restaurants on site - a steakhouse and a family restaurant called Scarlet. Knowing that we had a large group we made a reservation for dinner at the family restaurant. It was awful. They were woefully understaffed. We waited 45 minutes just to get a menu at our reserved table. Once we ordered it was almost 60 minutes before we received any food. Not a hit with 4 children hungry after a good time in the water park. Our waitress was competent but we hardly saw her as she was just over extended. The only mistake we made was giving them a second chance for breakfast. Although the time lines were a little better it was still very poor. The food on both occasions was actually quite good, but the service was deplorable. Our best advice for families is eat out!

    • Great hotel for bringing the kids

Spent a night here and my son really enjoyed the water park. I also brought two small dogs and they were very accommodating. Water was hot for showers in the morning and check in and out were a breeze.

    • Perfect place to stay before your big fishing trip

      Reviewed 07 August 2019

We flew 1,500 mikes to Saskatoon, and spend the night here, before heading out for a fishing trip early the next morning. There are hotels closer to the airport, but this was close enough. They appear to have renovated relatively recently and the rooms were very nice, clean and well appointed. The restaurant and bar were also nice, and the staff was accommodating.
