      I checked in on September 27th on my honeymoon as I mentioned while checking in at the front desk, they told us that they gave us the best room but what we realized is that our room is right next to the service stairs and you can imagine how many times the door opens and closes and we couldnt sleep all night long. The next morning we called the front office and asked to change the room and the gave us a better room, after going out on a long day trip in bali we wanted to take a hot shower but theres no hot water. So we called the operator again and his answer was I cannot promise you that we can fix the issue by tomorrow because we are fully booked . Well it seems if you book through booking or Agoda and not book directly you dont get the same treatment. This is by far the worst experience i ever had in a hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to have a relaxing and fun time.

      My wife and I spent 2 nights here in mid August, and despite the rooms was fully prepaid / confirmed / non cancellable/refundable, the hotel did only reach me to offer extra chargeable services such as airport transfer or extra tours/activities. This was in contrast with our experiences with Renaissance Uluwatu and The Stones Hotel Legian, both reached me earlier and confirming the room upgrade in advance. The Stones even provide free return airport transfer as part of the benefits!. Sheraton Kuta doesnt have lounge, which is understandable for a resort hotel but instead offering free breakfast like Renaissance and The Stones, they only provide you with 1 free afternoon tea which was useless since only very limited option available and from 2 to 5 pm only, the timing when most of us will not be in the hotel. The room type was misleading as well.... According to them, they had finally found available suite room with ocean view and upgraded my reservation to that room, which I found completely misleading. Not only the room has no view on ocean at all, it also has no privacy as you can see people/workers move around in the garden outside your room (so we cant open the curtain at all). In fact, the hotel only has few rooms on the 4th floor that really have ocean view, the rest only partial and rooms on 2nd floor have no privacy! Breakfast selection was not bad, but nothing special as well... Renaissance Uluwatu has much better breakfast selections and quality. If you have mobility issue better to avoid this hotel as it is not easy for you to reach the breakfast place (and also to the Beachwalk mall next door) as you need to use quite steep staircase to go up and down. Pool was small, so does the gym. Not much facilities to enjoy at this hotel. Kuta beach is across the road and a public beach so you can enjoy it without staying at this hotel.

      Fantastic view from the pool,big and comfortable ocean view room, great italian restaurant "Bene" with a very nice waiter Andy Faisal. Good location for surfing and the Mall was basically attached to the resort. Hope to come back soon!

      My partner and i stayed at the Sheraton for 11 nights and have only checked out on Wednesday. Arriving to check in we were greeted by the staff downstairs who opened our doors for us and assisted us with our luggage. We then checked in smoothly, as we were early we went and grabbed some lunch and come back to wait for our room to be ready. Once getting into the room it was quite simple but all of the major details were there and everything was perfect, they even provide you with a proper hair dryer not one of the usual crappy hotel type hair dryers!!! The breakfast buffet was to absolutely die for! the selection that they had was extreme! what i liked most was they actually had proper bacon, pork bacon! everyday it was cooked to perfection. the staff at the breakfast are really friendly and always making sure you have everything you require and trying to assist you in any way they can. Everyday we received a new little snack to the room on our table, some days it was crisps other days it was sweets. very little gesture but a cool one! One night during our stay we called reception as we had a power surge late at night and heard a loud helicopter type noise that we had also heard the previous night. we werent calling to complain we were just trying to find out what it was, reception promptly got security out to check and find out what was going on. they then rung back 10 mins later to let us know it was their generators kicking in as the power had gone out. the manager then called the following day to re address the situation and explain to us why this had happened and to ask if we were going anywhere tonight and advise he had not been informed of any power outages tonight so please let him know if it happens again etc. that afternoon we then received a dessert plate and a written letter from the manager apologising for the inconvenience and hoping we have a good remainder of the stay. so un necessary from our eyes as we werent complaining but such a thoughtful gesture once again. All of the staff here are absolute gems and great at their jobs from the cleaners, bag boys, security all the way up to management. The quality of service, food and prime location is something i have not found anywhere else yet! Deffs recommend!! 10/10

      Its so nice hotel. You can see beach infront of hotel and that hotel, have 2 restaurant. 1 is buffet resto and the food are good and the second is authentic italian restaurant and the food also good..
