      I had booked this hotel for 5 days, and now i always stay here at this hotel only whenever i travel down to Mumbai, the only reason is great Value for money, tremendous courtesies staff, great clean rooms, and good food. From front desk to restaurant to room service you will find smiling staffs always there to assist you. Rajeev along with team at front desk, Fazal and Ajay and team at Restaurant take care of me like family. A great hotel to stay with. Thanks Royal Orchid

      Have been staying here frequently for the past year. It's about 7 min walk from the city centre. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, especially Amrut, Abhishek, Hamduh, Rajib & Gautam. Small caring gestures like car-wash give a good feeling.

      It was pleasant to stay in Royal Orchid. They tried their best to give superb service and helped my family in every aspects when required. Special thanks to Bhawna who was handling the resturant. She was amazing in delivering what was needed by our family. Always there for help. Thanks to Rahul and Devarka who was managing our event. Thanks to Ashish from restuarant team who won heart of our family members with his prompt service. Thanks to Amrut for managing the rooms when required. She was alway there for help and made our 5 days stay comfortable. She is one of the best team memeber of Royal Orchid.       Stayed here on Feb 09 for 2 nights. Well I cant rate this hotel as 4 star, at the best a 3 star. Had some nightmare experiences here. On the first day, when I returned back to hotel after the meeting at 11:55 pm, I found the AC was not working well. I complained and the technician came, checked and found that the filter was completely blocked of dust. It was taken for cleaning and I went to sleep at around 01:00 am. The next day at the breakfast I ordered for an Onion Dosa. When I started eating I found the chutney was spoiled, I had to spit out on the plate, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. How can a hotel with 4 star rating serve an old stock spoiled chutney to the customer? Terrible experience. The bath towels are very old, needs immediate replacement. I would recommend the customers tostay
