    • Super Rude F&B manager (or whatever manager she is)

Even though I had stayed at that hotel before and already knew what to expect, my expectation went far beyond (in a negative way). The woman at the restaurant was legitimately fighting with guests about everything including but not limited to: food portion they were picking, behavioral etiquette, etc. Speaking of food - it was a complete disaster as well. Reception - super unfriendly. My humble recommendation would be: go get some training - hotel industry is all about service, you should acknowledge that. Once again, F&B manager made everybody's stay like a horror movie. Avoid this hotel by all means. Run away as fast as you can!

    • Decent hotel but park is in a poor condition

Spatial and comfortable rooms, nice live music in the reception area at certain times of the day, perfect cleanliness inside the building and very attentive staff. The buffet restaurant is generally OK, though the breakfasts can be assessed as really good. The only reason for disappointment is the status of park behind the hotel - originally perfectly designed in the late XIX century, the park lacks proper maintenance these days and is full of rubbish in its remote parts. Shame on the management of the hotel!

    • Average Hotel surrounded by Outstanding Nature

This hotel is on the outskirts but in walking distance of town. It is within its own park area and next to the river and there are lots of outdoor activities. There are many walks available and the National Park across the road offers wonderful nature walks in the forest. Some outside areas of the hotel are looking tired and worn (Mosaic fountain) . The swimming pool was good but the floor was dangerously slippy when wet. Simple matting could prevent a nasty accident. It was nice to have an area to sunbathe as it was hot when we visited. We are a family of 5 with three teens. There were no available rooms near to each other so we were put on separate floors which was disappointing. However, our room facing the mountainside had a stunning view. The pillows were uncomfortable but they happily offered a selection of pillows which was pleasing. The carpets in the rooms were dirty and stained (both rooms were the same). Our shower flooded into our room and it was reported twice but not resolved. My children's room the electricity went out and took a few hours to be resolved. Unfortunately, Breakfast did not have the 5* feel about it. Choice was limited and cappuccino had extra charges. However, I was pleased to see that they used homemade jam and honey and local fruits from the farms. The dancers in the evening entertainment were very good.

    • Excellent stay

Arrived after a long day travelling, check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is just outside the main Borjomi area and set within its own expansive grounds. The cleanliness was great, there were plenty of lifts and the staff very amenable. The room was very big and had everything that you could need over a couple of day stay. Bathroom was clean, large and stocked with toiletries. For those with the need of many chargers, there were plenty of electric points. In addition, I had a balcony, tea/coffee and minibar. The hotel also had pool, and spa facilities which were in excellent condition. Meals were a buffet style dinner and also breakfast with many choices to suit most tastes. There is a separate bar area where you can get most cocktails for modest amounts! All in all a very nice and welcoming environment with that extra good feeling.

It might be the best selection if you want to enjoy SPA and nature vacation in Bojomi. Very spatious rooms and you can enjoy nature views from your bed and balcony. We had reseved two rooms with views but one of them had a limited view. Only bad experience was the front desk resisting to change that room. They finally arranged another one but we had to hassle for that. They should increase quality of housekeeping as well.
