    • Terrible

I reversed a room for 21 days and agreed to pay $3432.13. They started charging my credit card per week in stead of charging the total I agreed to pay. My bank had to call me because they thought fraudulent activities were going on. The hotel manager assured me they were NOT going to go over the agreed total. Well, I ended up being charge for $4422.28. I called the hotel and talked Justine. She recognized their mistake right away and told me she was going to take care of this mistake. This was August 25th. I called them four times since then. Not only nobody has called me, but also no refunds. I called the corporate office. They said they were going to look into the situation. No phone calls, no refunds from them either. While I was staying there and tried to call the front desk, 4 out of 5 times the phone kept ringing. I love Residence Inn, but I found out each location is owned by a different company. It is like franchised. It is such a disappointment. I trusted Marriott, but I guess there is no upholding high standard customer service with them anymore.

    • Room to improve

      Reviewed 29 August 2019

We stayed for 5 days. The staff is very friendly but did not mention all the hotel has to offer. Check in is very quick and easy. The elevator is a little sketchy and very small. The rooms are clean and comfortable with exception of the bed. The free Breakfast is very good; however on the weekends not so much. The indoor pool and hot tub needs to be cleaned. Again you have to ask for any information. There is no book or pamphlet to let you know anything. There is onsite laundry (second floor across from the elevator). There is soap at front counter. You will need to go there and get quarters no change machine available. Overall for a long stay not bad.

    • Great location; but HORRIBLE bed

      Reviewed 16 August 2019

We came for a concert at Red Rocks. I've stayed in Residence Inns all over the country, and always have a great experience. This hotel was nice. The staff were friendly, the location was great, the breakfast was good, the hotel & room were clean. But, the bed in room 221 was the worst I've had in a Residence Inn. It had a large sinkhole in the middle. Neither of us could sleep well, as we kept rolling toward the middle. We nearly asked for a different room; but didn't know about it until after the concert (nearly midnight). By the time we realized how bad the bed was, we were too tired to repack our stuff and move. It was only one night. We did let the front desk know when we checked out, so hopefully they will replace the mattress. Other than the bed, the hotel was great. It had a full kitchen, and good water pressure in the shower.

    • Stolen Items

      Reviewed 13 July 2019

Two lovely scarves, favorites of mine, were taken from our room. We reported the theft immediately both to management and to Marriott Corporate. In both cases the response was disappointed to say the least. We received no apology. The attitude was consistently to defend their staff. But here's the thing, my husband and I both had keys to our room. Housekeeping definitely had access to the room. Scarves fit anyone, any body type. So my guess is that there is a Residence Inn housekeeper somewhere who is enjoying two lovely scarves and I returned home without treasured items that I thought were securely in my room.

    • Ok place, but very dark and uninviting at night.

      Reviewed 03 July 2019

Good staff and clean rooms, but need to increase lighting at front of hotel and parking find pathway to front door. Hard to see and find. Feels very "uninviting" and no sense of "arrival". Very dark.
