I was here from 11th July to 13th July 2019. Stay in Superior room and I was a bit surprise that they did not have a proper tea coffee making facilities. I have to boil my water beside my bed as their tea facilities did not have any electrical outlet. Worst, no refrigerator too. Room is very small. My towel even was replaced daily, there was a kind of smell on it. Hotel breakfast was so so. Not much varieties. Hotel swimming pool was very mulky. You can see from the photos attach. This could be my first and last staying at this hotel.

the location is side by side with rumah mode. carpark is small but they have free valey service. breakfast is very delicious and the swimming pool at top floor are awesome. can see bandung and lembang. sure will came back soon.

Agreed the hotel room and lobby ambience were great. The rooftop view was magnificent. We paid about S$70 inclusive of breakfast . The food served in the hotel nothing to wow about , average. Staff in the hotel is polite. However, the staff in the hotel barely speak or understand English well. The day before I asked the receptionist, Elyan to booked a body massage appointment for me. Reminded her again the night when I got back from sightseeing. On arriving at the salon was told there is no body massage only foot massage available during Ramanan. Disappointed guest.

What I love from this hotel is its location. Near from Rumah Mode, many dining option, not so far from tourism spot in Lembang. The service was good. Unfortunately we we'rent able to try the warm water in the pool because we stayed on the weekdays, not weekend.
