My family has stayed at this hotel several times before throughout the years. It is in close proximity to Philadelphia, easy access to go into the city for events. This time we were in town for a Marvel Comics exhibit in the city & needed a quick place to stay. The Red Roof in Mt Laurel was just fine for an overnighter. Front desk staff that checked us in (Seema) was so kind, friendly & helpful - giving good ideas for local dining options & chatting with us. More people should be as nice as her - especially those working with the public; she was great Check in & check out was easy. Room was nice & clean, quiet. No complaints at all. We'll be back again next time. Thank you Red Roof Mt.Laurel.

Unfortunately all other sorrounding hotels were booked and Red Roof Inn was my last option..$ 170.00!!! That high price for a red roof was certainly evidence there was an event going on somewhere in the area. Im not concerned about prices but with low pricing I dont really expect good customer service and from my experience at check in..Surprisingly I didnt even receive eye contact until the blond lady with facial piercings handed me the keys..Then another shocker..100 percent smoke free rooms..My assigned room smelled like smoke lol.. Stunning was when the head of housekeeping saw me out of the room and asked if all was ok.. Her kindness and excellence in customer service came to really surprise me from a red roof.. Her service made me feel better about paying the high price. But once I returned to the front desk for the new keys the same girl seemed bothered that I had been reassigned and asked who had authorized it..Lol.. Obviously there is no team work ..Sad..In the end the room had obvious hole patching; mold and dirty floors..Dont expect anything great..Other than Walmart conveniently sharing the parking lot...After a 12 hour drive..Such is greatly appreciated..

Moist bedsheets. Moist hardwood floor. Just.. Moist. Non-smoking room absolutely reeks of cigarettes and wet dog. Some strange woman knocked on our door at midnight then ran away. +1 star for including a microwave that can power your cellphone.

At check-in, I was not offered Red Roof's terrific FREE bottle of water. Upon checking out, I did ASK and received it. Requested 2 wake-up calls (separately); but received only the first one. Good thing I woke up early on my own! Reported nonworking hair dryer TWICE - first morning upon leaving for the day; then again when I returned later that afternoon, when I was promised that "he" would be texted and would come to see about it. "He" never showed up. (Perhaps "he" was the man I had reported the hair dryer to that morning; if so, "he" already knew about it but didn't care.) "She" at the office could have brought me a working hair dryer from another room. Or perhaps there was something wrong with the electric outlet. Who knows? When I returned from that day out and tried to get into my room, I discovered that I was LOCKED OUT. Tried telephoning office since I had carried upstairs several items. No luck - had to return to office to get card keys fixed. No explanation or sorry from receptionist. Room had faint cigarette smoke smell. I ran the A/C high to try to get rid of it. Many smokers on premises. They smoke outside the room but with the door open. Then go inside smelling of smoke. No wonder the rooms stink. Bed lumpy. Room was apparently cleaned, but Red Roof doesn't clean the bare floors well. You should take a pair of flip-flops if you want to walk around w/o your shoes, otherwise your feet will pick up all the dirt. I've decided in future to go elsewhere rather than stay at a Red Roof again. Too many problems at various Red Roof locations.

Stayed here for work and the first room they put me in was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and dog pee. So much for being 100% smoke free. The next room I was put in didn't smell like pee but was still dirty(found hair from last guest on sheets) it was not much better but I took the room. Went out to my vehicle and found people doing drugs outside my door in their vehicle. I called up to the lobby to let them know what was going on for fear of children seeing and smelling this and the lobby personnel didn't seem to care. I told my boss to never put me up at this location ever again.
