      Shabby. Trash on entrance floor when we arrived. Awful room doors. Rude the front desk staff, made statement about my physical disability. Doors slammed all night (ours included). Asked about the noise, were told doors either slam or dont shut all the way on their own. The indoor pool smelled. Outdoor pool furniture was old & dirty. Before staying we called to be sure the room had a fridge w/ freezer compartment, I have a medical need for ice packs. On arrival fridge had no freezer. Called the front desk asking for a fridge w/ freezer compartment. Hotel refused told us theyd freeze the ice packs. Froze them for a few days, then suddenly stopped without notifying us. Manager was rude, kept saying we should have used freezer in our room, insisting we had one. Explained we didnt, wed asked for freezer but were told to bring them to the front desk. She insisted all rooms had a fridge w/ freezer, until I showed her a picture of our fridge no freezer. At checked out my husband told staff our experience was the hotel treats people with disabilities badly. The staff members response was well she doesnt look disabled. Apparently I dont look like I need a mobility scooter. Complained to Radisson about this discriminatory statement, I wanted the staff better trained at accommodating all-abilities without judgement. After spending hours of my time trying to navigate their horrible complaint system I found the complaint was closed because this hotel said they did nothing wrong.

      Food and restaurant service should be improved by 100%. Have greater variety for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast should be adequate and warm. Have bread vailable for breakfast. You need more servers at your restaurant.

      The setting of this facility is good. The hotel is in serious need of updates. Location was excellent and grounds were in reasonable condition. Seems that maybe it is geared to bus tourists. Need to fix the card keys ASAP.

      Walked into the hotel, very blah. Arrived at the desk, she was somewhat friendly. Gave my CC, she said there will be a $50 hold on my card. Actually most hotels are $10 holds. She walkied to see if our room was ready and whoever responded yes. Received our keys, went to the floor, door handle was cockeyed, like it was broken, therefore key didn't unlock door. We went back to desk. She apologized, said she'll upgrade and gave us a new set of keys. Arrived at the room, opened the door and first thing I noticed was on the door windows separating the rooms cause it was a suite, was many handprints like the glass hadn't been washed. Then on the balcony door leading outside a hugh bug smeared on the glass inside with the bug still there. Leading out to the second balcony was loaded cup of cigarette butts on the floor in the corner. Keep in mind this hotel is a non smoking hotel. Then in main bathroom the shower faucet was turned horizontal and no soaps, shampoos, conditioners or lotions in the main bathroom. In the spare bathroom (with no tub/shower) was the accessories. The carpet was ripped, the view of the outdoor pool needed paint, the balconies had many chips of paint on them and there was no way I was going to lay myself on the bed. We went down to the desk, told her I was checking out (after I called Radisson myself) and she said she was sorry and attempted to give us breakfast coupons. I told her please don't bother. After hours of traveling you expect to just check in, feel relaxed and be happy. Well, this hotel didn't meet my expectations as it needs lots of work. Cleaning windows in the rooms is important and should never be missed. Also, why a balcony if no chairs? Very dissatisfied! Horrible hotel. Cathy

      Radisson has recently taken over this facility, but it is still used and tired looking. The room and bathroom doors have been so over painted that the cannot closer on their own...and so do not lock rapidly. Handles on the drawers are corroded
