Wonderful hospitality, excellent food and ambience

During a month of stay with family and kids, I had awesome time spent in Radisson blu hotel. One most important quality I liked in this hotel was that all the staff was happy and enjoying their job. Starting from security person, front office, restaurant staff, IRD staff, housekeeping, managers, The General Manager of hotel - everyone used to enjoy their work and ultimately the ambience of hotel was really good. I dont remember most of the staff members name now as its been long time so I am sorry about that. I would like to thank the Chefs for making delicious food, associates of restaurant, Ms. Sheetal at front desk, Mr. Fayaz Ansari, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Ravinder, and Mr. Daleep. We left the hotel last day when it was about to close during COVID-19, and it was a separable feeling to us as if we were leaving our family and home. The hotel completely supported us to shift us in another property on the day lockdown was announced. And they supported us to get a perfect room of our choice keeping in mind that we were with our family. Thank you Mr. Fayaz Ansari for your help. Special thanks to Mr. Anirban Sarkar for managing the hotel and the staff so nicely that a saw a happy working environment. He is a polite person, always reachable, open to feedback. Thank you so much!

I visited the restaurant to have the Kashmiri buffet. The food was excellent and so the service. We were served by Mr. Deepak Kumar, Mr. Dharmendra and Mr. Sahil Ansari. We were amazed by their quick and efficient service. My entire family loved the food and we had a great time.

Housekeeping service is excellent by GAURAV.Room is very nice cleaning. I like him. Gaurav is very honesty boy & Friendly All Staff is very nice. Food is good . Location is nice ..keep it up GAURAV in future

I am very much happy with Mr.Deepak Kumar's hospitality and the way of approach while handling the F&B activities during my stay in the hotel. He completely ensures the guests satisfaction and strive to keep the environment around him much pleasent. I wish him all the success in his career.
