This place is filthy. Dirty sheets and walls. Furniture is worn and dirty. I'd stay any where but here. Got stuck buying this on hotwire. Breakfast was very gross and same every day. Feel like i'm being bitten but don't see bed bugs or fleas.

The hotel is off a busy road and I had a room facing the street..so not a very restful night. The room was well appointed and updated but smelled damp especially the bathroom. It smelled like mold and the shower water was lukewarm at best. Ironically the sink water was steaming...go figure. Overall for the money spent it was fine.

We pass through Carrollton every year to visit friends have always used this property but no more. Noticed it started going down a couple years ago when it changed ownership. This time it was awful. The gal that checked us in was very friendly and helpful but that was it for positive experience. The room is worn and tired looking which I expect from older properties but dirty no. Lots of fingerprints on and around the entry door. Patched unpainted holes on the walls. Huge stain on the carpet. The worst was the tub area. Ceiling had lots of peeling paint and evidence of water issues. No tub stopper. Mold and grime in and around the tub. I reported this when I checked out. The gentleman at the desk wasnt particularly interested.

Not too bad a hotel. Very convenient to downtown. Reasonably priced. Decent breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean but a little worn out. The property could use a general upgrading. The furnishings and decor in the room are a little worn out and need an updating. Overall, not bad for the money.

Let's see where can I begin. First, of all myself, my husband, my sister and her husband stayed at the Carrollton Quality Inn on May 25th-27th, 2018. The reason we were their was because we had a nephew and two nieces that graduated from Chapel Hill High School in Douglasville Georgia. Second, once we arrived and checked into our room #311 in the rear of the building. The room smelled horrible, some type of nasty liquid on the sink top, pubic hairs all in the tub, the toilet was just gross, the shower curtain that was suppose to be white was filled with mildew. We were livid at what we saw. I complain to the gentleman at the front desk and he said that he would give me another room which was #315...OMG it was just as bad. The clerk at the desk stated that he would leave a note for the next clerk coming after him telling them about the situation....YEAH RIGHT. Saturday morning we raced to the front desk hoping that we could speak with the manager but that NEVER happen either. All of the staff was very UNPROFESSIONAL and kept covering up for the manager. They said that the manager would be in at a certain time but he never showed up or even tried to contact us. Oh yeah and don't let me forget about the nasty disgusting BUGS. We had to go and purchase cleaning supplies to clean that nasty room. Let me give them credit for changing out that ugly nasty mildewed shower curtain with a new one (we still didn't use it). When we return on Saturday evening from the graduation the room had been cleaned by another staff member....only after I left the staff a note asking that the room be germatized. We will NEVER NEVER NEVER stay at this hotel again. I asked a house keeper to use some Clorox or some type of disinfected and she said they cleaner is watered down and they never use disinfectant. We want everybody to know just how NASTY they are. We asked for nonsmoking and got smoking. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WE WENT AND BOUGHT CLOROX WIPES AND LIQUIDS TO CLEAN BEFORE PUTTING OUR BELONGINGS DOWN. WE PAID TOOOOO MUCH FOR THIS ROOM. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have photos but for some reason I can't upload them.
