The Hotel has a nice, spaceful parking lot. Parking is free after requesting it at the respection. The lady at the reception was really friendly and warm welcoming! The rooms are spaceful, modern and the bed cofortable. Absolut nothing to claim! Apperently the hotel has a nice gym and SPA area, unfortunately I wasnt able to visit it. I havent tested the restaurant in the hotel building, but according to the reviews on Google, it must be delicious, so just try it! :) I absolutely can recommend this Hotel!

Still excels after the change from Park Inn to Quality Hotel

We returned to this hotel on a business trip, our fifth stay but the first under the new Quality (rather than Park Inn) branding. Check-in was very friendly (thanks to Barbara) but required lots of personal details lost during the transition from Park Inn. Our room was on the second floor and was spacious and clean, as usual. The wi-fi was strong and reliable. The duvet/doona provided for the bed was too small for two people to share on the big bed, though! The location of the hotel works perfectly for business in the Orchard complex literally next door and it's a flat twenty-minute walk into Ostrava city centre and only a short taxi ride to the main train station. The Bamboo restaurant has kept its high standards, both in food quality and service (Katerina is always extremely helpful). My requests for vegan food were very well met and much appreciated. This was another comfortable stay at this pleasant hotel, the staff really help to make staying here a good experience.

Good hotel in ostrava not so much expensive. Clean room and bathroom. Good service. Also the restaurant Bamboo it is ok Breakfast was ok with a lot of choise Parking in front the hotel. Easy to found .

Booked for the Colours Of Ostrava Festival. Last Year. Check In was Good. Really Liked the Room. Plenty of Space. Lovely Bathroom. Breakfast & Bar. Were Wonderful. Liked the Glass Bamboo Floor. Breakfast had Everything Hot & Cold. Staff were Friendly & Polite. Hotel in Ideal Location. Transport is Good. Though Often Walked. Even to the Festival. Check Out was Fine Too. Would Not Hesitate to Stay Again. If Ostrava Calls Again !!!.

Comfortable, quality, payable parking

Big comfortable quiet rooms in a newly refurbished hotel. The place was called Park inn before turning into Quality Hotel by Choice. Two downsides are that it is slightly off the city center (ca 1,5km) and that the parking is payable (ca 10 eur/night). Do not understand the last one at all. Breakfast was good
