    • Stunning Views - Perfect to relax and unwind

      Reviewed 20 January 2020

We stayed for 14 nights in September in a Honeymoon Suite and it was amazing. The room was so light and airy and had stunning views of the sea and little port. Loved watching the little fishing boats go about their daily routine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very close to all bars, restaurants and a choice of beaches within a short walking distance. Fridge, safe, wine glasses, kettle and tea/coffee supplied - even an ironing board and iron! Large shower which was great. Staff very helpful and sorted our a couple of minor niggles we had with our room. In the evening candle lanterns are placed around the reception area and stairwell giving the property a lovely warm romantic atmosphere. We really enjoyed out stay at this property and have already booked to go back for a couple of weeks this year.

    • Small, boutique, with cute harbour view

The hotel was located harbor side in Venetian style. A friendly host greeted and received us at the small courtyard on the first floor. I enjoyed the iced lemonade and cool towel on the hanging hammock swing chair under a tree while the host provided information of the area. Our room was on the first floor, with a balcony facing the cute harbor, on top of a bank. The room was cool though small, with industrial-look concrete walls and floor and exposed wooden beams. Clothes could be hanged on the pipe rail. Refrigerator, safe, iron and ironing board, wine glasses, electric kettle available. Oak bath products. Shower room had beautiful patterned tiles. Complimentary chilled white wine to be enjoyed on the balcony. The only drawback was perhaps the noises audible from the rooms next door and from the street and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the lobby. Breakfast could be ordered and would be served in the room at 7 euro per person but we didnt try it. Free public parking area was 5 minutes-walk away. Best option for the low season, very cost-effective.

Superb accommodation in a boutique hotel. Spectacular views, comfortable bed and we loved our terrace for sundowners. Warm welcome with drinks, easy registration and a chilled bottle of wine for our room. Wonderful staff who can't do enough to make sure the everything is perfect for you. Perfect breakfast delivery with our vegetarian requests accounted for. We loved it so much we're returning in a few days with friends. Its going to be an annual holiday haunt from the USA. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

    • Hidden gem

From the main street you would probably walk past this hotel, as its up some steps. When we arrived we we greeted with a lemon drink. We had booked a double room but were upgraded to a family suite. The rooms had everything you need, they even provided slippers. The view was of the harbour, and considering its a busy town was quiet at night. We were left a complimentary bottle of white wine, and theres tea and coffee making facilities. We paid 50 for the room which was excellent value. For 7 each you can have breakfast brought to your room.

    • Beautiful small hotel (with a problem).

      Reviewed 20 July 2019

Lovely room, clean tidy and sweet atmosphere. Location is perfect. The only thing what was bothering us was hearing the angry owner (management) yelling to the staff a lot. That felt very unnecessary and unprofessional, sometimes spoiling our warm ambience. I work in human resources and I believe and have seen that successful and meaningful business, starts not from great location or decoration, view or balcony either of the most delicious breakfast. It starts from the people who are working there and they really did work hard without pretending their smiles. You should not underestimate how much customer understands greek and also you should not to assume that if you don't see customers they won't hear. The whole opera was mixed with english so it wasn't too hard to understand that management is not respecting the staff which blows the soul to this hotel which without them is just an beautiful building and average place with walkable distances. Like greeks say, etsi ketsi. It made us deeply sad to hear how the staff were yelled about anything. They might have done some mistakes but what we heard was far far away of healthy working environment. Not a right way to handle mistakes. As a customer that was insulting to us as well, considering behalf of us what the staff did wrong and what not. Those people were making our stay amazing, they really did their best and even more to make us feel welcome. They really used time to get to know us and what they could do for us and we saw them to treat everyone with the same kindness and respect, having always time for their customers. It was clear that for them we weren't numbers and they weren't for us. Thank you Angela, Damos, maintenance man who was serving the breakfast just when we wanted it and who also took care of our suitcases when we arrived as well when we left. Also for the cleaning lady to keep our room daily spotless clean and fresh. Because of their efforts we got what we were seeking, a purely relaxing and recovering vacation.
