Had a pleasant holiday. Hotel is in central location and useful to access both the ski lifts in Saalbach for summer walking. On arrival the category room we had booked for the week had been overbooked so we were upgraded for one night. This was a slight pain as it meant we couldnt unpack until the following day when we moved again. To be frank we were glad to move as despite the more expensive room being lovely it was adjacent to the bar next door which had incredibly loud live music on until 11pm and the associated noise after that. We didnt get a good sleep as we had to have the windows open due to the heat. Our next room was on the other side but again you could still hear the racket from that bar. Surprisingly the hotel actually own that bar which is surrounded by other hotels. It would be fine in winter with triple glazed windows but in summer I find it rather rude of the hotel to subject all their neighbours to the live music, which was twice a week when we stayed. The room we had was perfectly comfortable and clean, although the bathroom was a bit dated compared to the style of the bedroom. The food was okay, some days were better than others. The buffet night wasnt great for eg as the hot food, inc paella and prawns etc were only luke warm. It would also have been nice to get a choice of desert, only one option was given. Service was a bit sporadic, timing was either quick or slow between dishes. The worst bit for me was it was uncomfortably hot in the restaurant, some windows were open but it made very little difference. I was always keen to get in and out quickly. The tables were also far too close together so there was no privacy when holding a conversation. The staff were all great, polite, friendly and efficient. All in all a reasonable hotel, I wouldnt consider it 4 star superior though.

Always good at The Eva, great position to the slopes, staff and special attention to detail. Good boot room and heated too. Always friendly albeit they need to be considerate if you do not have children in the restaurant .

This was our 5th stay at Eva and it is one of the main reasons we return to Saalbach every ski season. We now can't imagine staying anywhere else. Excellent service and food and brilliant location a few metres from the some of the main lifts.

This hotel offers a good standard of service and good facilities. The staff were extremely helpful especially on reception. There was a wide variety of choice at meal times a nd everything was presented and served in a professional manner. The rooms have space and storage and were quiet and peaceful apart from the church bells! We had a very enjoyable holiday and the "Joker Card" allowed us unlimited freedom around the area. free of charge.

We stayed with our child of 1,5 year 1 week in eva village hotel in the month of June. Our car could we park in a big parking garage, only 50 meters from our hotel. For this private parking (24/7) we needed to pay 7 euro for each day. The welcome was short but very nice and 1 of the girls at the reception helped to unload all the lugage. The breakfast and dinner was really perfect. Taste of everything at the breakfast was perfect and the choice was big. Dinner was also great, mostly of the time there were 5 courses. You always could choose between meat, fish or vegan. Also the service during breakfast and dinner was great. The room was big enough and clean. We asked for a room without carpet but this wasn't arranged. After having 3 days of having an allergic reaction we asked the reception if a room was available without carpet or less carpet. This was the case and the day after the hotel transported all our lugage to another room. We also received a better and more contemporary room. A big advantage was that we received a joker card to use all the lifts in the neighbourhood for free. Staying in Saalbach / Hinterglemm is a perfect place to do hikes or mountainbikes. A lot of choices can be made. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a wellness. Swimming pool is not very big but very clean, only an indoor swimming pool is available. Wellness is good with sauna and damp bath. An interesting tip if you have kids is to choose for the outdoor swimming pool, 300 meters from the hotel. Entrance is for free, you can also use the joked card. The only negative point we had during our stay were the pillows. We both slept bad on it. Also if we used 2 pillows or foulded them. But we know that this can be very personal. Don't hesitate to choose for eva village if you are looking for a good hotel in Saalbach
