    • Worthy trip

      Reviewed 03 September 2019

At first I was a little sceptical while booking this trip as I was travelling there alone. While in other ClubMeds I had the problem of meeting new people, here all the GOs and GMs where open and friendly and very communicative.. Besides the amazing parties all the sportive activities that I joined such as Power Walk with Etienne and Yoga with Olga was great. For the first time in my life I did waterski where my teacher Derin did a great job although she had an issue with her knee , she explained really well and helped me improve myself at this waterskiing. Afterwards she suggested me to join other activities such as archery , paddle yoga and the foam and color party where I had a lot of fun. The only thing I can complain about is that the rooms could need some more comfort for a three star resort and not all but some of the french GOs (including the chef de village Boris) didnt even talk to me or said hi during my stay at the resort. All in all this place is worth to visit for its nature and its parties and sports activities. Although all the staff is very friendly and polite they need some more english speaking staff to make the non french speaking guests not feel left out.

    • Really good party

Amazing place, good party all day, all night, delicious food and beautiful views. All bartenders are doing great job, but our favourite was Burak, always kind and friendly guy, making amazing drinks! I recommend Club Med to everyone, but please guys talk less French and more English, other countries wants to have a fun with you too!

    • Worst customer service and rude staff

      Reviewed 23 August 2019

The waterskiing chief (Mael) talks to customers in an undermining and disrespectful way. I had a session booked with him and once i was potentially investigating a rescheduling he decided to cancel the session out of nowhere and issue a refund. However i never wanted to cancel my session. This is a really bad customer service. It is never expected to be treated in this way. The club should make a real effort at educating Mael on how to speak with customers.

    • Amazing week away

      Reviewed 21 August 2019

Just returned from a weeks holiday with my daughter. I love club med and its energy. Kemer was the best yet. All the staff were amazing. They put in so much effort. I dont know how this is maintained week after week. Never a dull moment. Incredible. We were two Brits with little French but everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a fabulous break.

    • Rude staff

      Reviewed 20 August 2019

The service is poor. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff especially the male staff will only be friendly if you have a hot girl with you. Even the general manager, Boris is unprofessional and unfriendly and sleezy, they need to understand that you have to serve all the guests in a professional and friendly way. The facilities are great, but if you are not a french speaker, then good luck, the staff will be rude. It seems that they only target french speakers. Some staff are very friendly, for Example Justine, the nurse, she was very professional and friendly with all. And Ofcourse one or two other staff members are okay, . Thr parties are fun but if you stay for more than 2 days, then be prepared to listen to same songs everyday and you would end up staying away from the parties..even the the general manager, who is a topless dancer as well and has a role in a horrendous show (french speaking show ), he even flirts alot with taken women, its disgusting, he is the main guy there and acts like a teenager after the female guests, what a joke ....on the positive side, the food was good and as i mentioned before, the activities were fun, such as water skiing and wakeboarding.. It is unfortunate but this was my first and last time to be in club med kemer. So to summarise. 1-the staff needs training and be friendly with ALL 2-stop playing the same songs everyday 3-if you are not a french speaker then you might not enjoy it as much 4-sports facilities are great
