      The Park Hyatt Mallorca is without doubt a very, very special diamond on the island. The hotel itself is faultless and in prestine, perfect condition. Everything about this hotel has been thought through and executed to the highest standard. The staff in every department are profesional, helpful and very, very kind. The restaurants all offer something different, exciting and super tasty. The evening atmosphere with the beautiful lighting of the olive trees and stylish buildings makes it the perfect chill-out to have a cocktail. I want to live here all year round.       Front desk staff were always kind and professional on their duty. Even my first room had some problem, but it was okay. Front desk staff apologized for this inconvenience immediately. However, the one and only serious problem in Park Hyatt Marllorca is the staff in tapas restaurant. They even DID NOT gave me a menu and I had to wait almost 1 hour to find staff. Nobody care of us, EVERY SINGLE STAFF in that restaurant walked past our table. I felt racial discrimination from their. They told me I went to their without booking, but I couldn't make any reservation because I-pad in my room was not worked at that moment. (you can check my phone record, I asked about it to operator after checkingin.) Dose this tapas restaurant only accept guest who have a booking? And do they usually do like this to Asian guest? Or do all guest have to wait for a menu or find staff for 1 hour? Is this the luxurious and exclusive service in Park Hyatt? I want feedback from your management about this problem.

      Amazing premises: the village has all you need, in an incredible atmosphere. My wife and baby didnt leave the hotel during our week stay. Food was great (breakfast was incredible), staff very caring with our baby girl. Paddle pool was superb, with a huge umbrella.

      The resort grounds are beyond good, very thoughtful planting along the walkways. Scents from herb gardens waft around as you walk through, fruit and olive trees are planted generously around the site. The stonework is up to the level of artistry. The staff work hard to be willing and helpful, especially the valets, though I did wonder why there are only Male valets, usually a group of 3-4 men standing waiting to be of service, it can be intimidating when they are all Male. The hotel is let down very much by the food, in all of the restaurants. It is clearly an institutional problem. The quality is just average. On the buffets everything appears to be out of a packet of tin. The fruit is the usual cut up melon, apples, oranges, dried fruit. The salads are the same everyday- baby gem tasteless leaves, pieces of cucumber, radish, tasteless baby tomatoes. None of the salads look local or even cared for. The hot food on the buffet is the same every day and again looks unappetising. The BBQ night was awful. Pieces of meat that had not been marinated or given a BBQ rub or even seasoned. Put staraight on the flames, taken off and cut up immediatly. Could not even work out that the meat needed resting before cutting, then served on cold plates that were sitting on a table outside. The buffet at the BBQ had much of the same from breakfast......That is just an example of 1 of their restaurants, we ate in all of them and was on the same level.

      Customer service oozing with personal touches and nothing too much trouble. Beautiful, tranquil hotel, amazing food and stunning location. This is a high standard hotel but the pricing is spot on and you feel like youve had a taste of true luxury at an affordable price.
