This gorgeous boutique hotel is just the best! We stayed in a classic double room which had a balcony overlooking the main street and an extra terrace to the side of the room. The size was great for what we needed and loved the bathroom with the aromatherapy lights above the rainfall shower! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and provided information on trips and how to get about Sorrento. Really loved staying here and will definitely be recommending this accommodation to my friends and family! 5 stars!

After a mixup with hotels.com where our booking was canceled, we arrived to find we had no room to stay in. This was also on our honeymoon. The hotel staff contacted the owner Ivan who arrived in about 10 minutes, and Ivan then proceeded to help us find alternate accomodation. We ended up staying in another of Ivans hotels for one night, then at another hotel for the rest of the trip because Ivan had no other rooms for us. I just wanted to say thanks to Ivan and his staff for working so hard to organise out accomodation, allowing us to enjoy our honeymoon in Sorrento. While we did not stay at this hotel, we do plan to do so if and when we return to Sorrento, because of the amazing service.

This is a small boutique hotel that is ideally located near the main piazza. It has all of the charm of being in an older building in the historic district combined with the charm and hospitality of a world class B&B. The interior is tastefully upscale and modern. The best part is the people, beginning from the second you enter this hotel. The owner and the staff are genuinely friendly and you will soon feel like they were long time friends. b Feeling like a valued customer is a good feeling. At Palazzo Montefusco you wi8ll feel like a welcomed guest, and this is even better, Often, when one travels from the USA to Europe you fly overnight. We arrived at the Naples airport at 7:50 AM and after getting our luggage, going through customs, meeting our driver and traveling to the hotel it was almost 10:00 AM. As expected, our room was not yet ready. They showed us unto their pleasantly decorated room where they serve breakfast and had breakfast waiting for us. This was a wonderful Italian continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, fruits and homemade baked goods. This was a first for us after several trips to Europe and a wonderful surprise. What a great start to our vacation. The room was small but more than adequate for the two 0of us. Like the public areas, it was tastefully modern on the inside with a balcony overlooking a pedestrian walkway that went to the main piazza. A nice place to relax, read or people watch. The bathroom was generously sized and included the expected amenities. If you are looking for a l;arge luxurious hotel, this is not what you will find. If you are looking fior a warm, friendly hotel that oozes charm and tasteful elegance, this is your place to stay.

Vaguely reminiscent of a La Quinta. Its very clean. Great location. Decent service. It is not however a four star, 300 dollar per night hotel: WHATSOEVER. It is old. The duvet is a canvas cover. The shower is straight out of a space movie but has horrible water pressure and seems to have mold in the various nooks and crannies...but the lights are cool I guess? None of the shower amenities were sealed and there was no indication that they were cleaned before re-use from guest to guest. We booked this reservation under honeymoon and when we came back for the night after checking in there was piece of printer paper with the words Congrats on your Honeymoon please take a bottle of wine out of the mini bar. Finally we were called to be remindedcheckout time of 10:30 at 10:50. We were never told the checkout time, there is nothing posted on the website either nor the reservation email. Upon leaving we also noticed that when we went to grab our passports out of the safe the door was wide open our passports in view. We do not think this was user error as we checked it every time we left and went to bed and verified the code was still in fact working. The staff seemed shocked at this fact and were apologetic however still very disconcerting. All in all, you are paying more than a hotel such as The Conrad in downtown London and in the end getting SpringHill suite or La Quinta quality. Just a heads up.
