    • Worst hotel ever we Stayed In.

      First night we were sleeping there was a Rat Inside the Room .all room have smell of Cigarettes. staff behavior is Rude specifically General Manager . bedsheets are dirty . The rooms are small dirty and stinky. It's beyond just dirty. I rather live on the streets than stay in this peice of doodoo of a hotel again.The most disgusting experience ever. DO NOT stay at this hotel EVER. Read ALL these reviews. The place should be shut down.NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

      Rooms are spacious but smells like hell. Manager was not co-operative. Rooms selected for OYO have no windows. Staffs were rude. This hotel is situated next to popular restaurant Hotel Delicacy famous for Assamese cuisine.

      I have been provided a wrong bed type room and not the room that I actually booked. when asked to change it, the receptionist said that they are having a group in-house, hence they don't have any king bed available. I contacted Oyo customer care to get solution, but even if they assured to me, the issue was not resolved. They were even unable to get in touch with the hotel authority for the same. The stay was really not worth it. Interestingly, I was given a room #210, but when I received a mail from Oyo, it says #301 over there. I do not know who to blame, but it was a nice way to cheat the customers. I am myself being a hotelier, felt shame about it. I would advise other customer to verify for the bed type before check in. And please don't trust them in their verbal assurance.

      I had been there for Eight days with my colleague. (booked two double rooms) from 30th May, 2018 to 6th June, 2018. Hotel Management and Staff are not professional. Very poor in room maintenance. All eight same type of food served in buffet (both lunch and dinner). Especially hotel management concentration on filling the rooms and collecting the money, they dont care about the welfare and facilities for guests.

      I had been here for three days the looks of the hotel are so appealing or maintained in a way that everything you look at it feels royal and i so hoped there buffet would be. I likely had buffet for breakfast supposing to be good for the amount you pay you get are very less corn flakes, bread toast are common that you get daily other than which there's only two more varieties.The food service to the room was good had some chinese and was ok. The rooms are great and maintained well , with proper daily cleaning and room service , would give a good rating for that but for food just one (1)
