We were delighted to find pristine high spec accommodation in a lovely position looking up to The Rock. The wonderful hosts were very welcoming and they served a delicious luxury continental breakfast

    • Great B&B with outstanding views.

We stayed for one night in a lovely converted barn. The setting is wonderful with spectacular views of an old Abbey and the Castle. The rooms are tastefully well furnished large and airy. There is a good continental breakfast included and the hosts are charming. A minor observation would be that if you are in a downstairs room you can clearly hear the footfall of the room above, wooden floors I expect. This by no means detracted from a very pleasant stay.

Stayed at Obrien's Cashel Lodge B and B in Cashel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland for a family reunion Sept. 5 through Sept.9, It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were great, breakfast was delicious, the hosts Brid and Tom were very welcoming and the location was excellent. You could walk everywhere in Cashel and we were right at the foot of The Rock of Cashel with a great view of the area. Anyone traveling to that part of Ireland should be sure to stay there. Cozy, comfy, CLEAN. Bed's a little firm but I am too soft. Right in the shadow of the Rock, lovely breakfast, pleasant breakfast company. Easy walk to town. Needed help finding it, though! Stop at the visitor center in town.

We were fortunate to spend time at OBriens. It is close to Hore Abbey and within walking distance of town and the Rock of Cashel. The breakfast was very nice, lots to choose from and the breakfast room lovely. The OBriens are warm, inviting and hospitable. The room we had was spotless and the water pressure was amazing! It is quiet and very well maintained. The building is over 200 years old! There are cows and sheep everywhere you look! I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be sorry! This is the view of Hore Abbey from the front of the building.
