Great hotel for a business trip in Seoul. Service is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. Good soundproofing and equipment. Delicious breakfast offering many choices. Huge gym/spa/sauna/pool/golfing facilities.

ReviewedStayed in Novotel Seoul gangnam for 3days. It was just business trip but all meeting was canceled due to virus issues around whole wide city. I was very nervous so, I visited concierge desk and asked my bunch of concerns likewise especially my personal schedules,making new plans for returning home and getting details of locally informations for safety. Thanks to kyu-hyun, He helped me so many things for my safety journey in seoul. And the mask! that he gave me for my safety before leaving hotel with taxi also he always helped to find clean zone where i ask to visit for sight seeing.(even i didnt ask for it at all.)Very impressive and touched to me. Appreciate it again! and hope the Korea get over this disease soon!
