I had the opportunity to be invited by a friend of mine to stay with her a couple of nights and wow. What a beautiful place. I plan on coming back. I used to live in Naples and drove by here a few times. Now we will make it a point to stay a couple of night.

Stayed here for a 4 day work conference and got to squeeze in some fun too. We loved the adult only pool area, it was quiet and had drink & food service delivered, if desired. Plenty of lounge chairs & beach towels to use. The water slide at the family/regular pool was a lot of fun too! Even for us adults. Very nice pool areas. We spent a lot of time in the banquet halls for the seminar and there was easy access to the hotel rooms from banquet rooms. Didnt have to walk super far to our room like other resorts. The elevators were quick, we didnt ever wait long for one to arrive. Nice views from rooms, all rooms seemed to have a balcony. Our room was cleaned daily, they did a great job and restocked our k-pods and bottles of water. Room has robes to use, nice touch. Great Happy Hour specials from 5p-7p @ the catch of the pelican. The other bars can be pricey, so this was a nice option to get some drinks and apps at a reasonable price. My bf bought me a massage at the spa here - it was amazing. Jean was my masseuse, she was great. Love her energy and spirit. Any spa service allows for daily use of the amenities: whirlpool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was very nice to unwind. Another employee, also named Jean, was very personable and always looked out for us. He works in the food service/bartender area of the banquets. Thanks for a great stay!!

So I really never write a review actually I may have never on a resort. I am just compelled to write a review only because I was very let down and disappointed by this hotel I live in New York I am also a Naples resident as well and I decided I wanted to take a little break from . my home here and get a little spoiled at the hotel. First I wanna say this hotel is not horrible there is a beautiful lobby and the service is very good. However this is nowhere near a five-star hotel the pool is extremely dated and run down. Restaurants are average not great we did leave the resort to eat all meals. We stayed in the suite which was decorated nice and updated however the carpet was very dirty and so was the cushions bathroom is extremely outdated and that is very important I feel in a hotel we had no phone service. (My husband wanted to work a little from the room make some calls etc..) we did complain. But no one responded. we had zero turn down service we always came back to the room exactly as we left it. Maybe we are just not use to this or we are a little spoiled. Regardless not how a resort should be. there is a beautiful beach the tram takes you to ! beach service you have to get your own water. Food.. drinks etc. this is probably my biggest disappointment. I couldve dealt with everything else, being we were rarely in the room but the service at the beach well what service? There was none. And thats what vacations are all about! and the only restaurant they do have by the beach was again a bit run down and food was just OK but not terrible. The people that work at the beach however Thomas Im particular was great very accommodating super friendly and great with my son. We planned on staying another night but decided it wasnt with the money. Even though we did get a decent rate at this time. Also we didnt take our housekeeping a little extra to provide us some more towels which she did however before as were not mopped at all in the 3 days we were there....ugh I really wanted to love it there I would definitely say do you research splurged a little more and stay elsewhere we stayed at Laplaya and we absolutely loved it although that hotel is slightly outdated has a very tropical feel it was extremely clean service was great rooms were updated beach was phenomenal! Oh well you learn...

    • Hosting Daughters Bridal Shower

My stay at the Naples Grande was absolutely marvelous. All my needs were met by the staff at the hotel. Thank you Brian and Ceren for the accommodations, we had room for our Harpest for her Shower. Engineering came up right away to fix the sliding glass door, lighting and A/C. Very nice men by the name of Richard & Josh. They did a great job of making themselves discrete during the event. Housekeeping came by on numerous occasions to accommodate us. Ferial, Amanda, Ailde, Lise, Aurea all came through out our stay. They were kind enough to pick up after my daughter and her little entourage over the weekend. Carl was in constant contact with Me to find all the services I needed. He anticipated everything before I even thought I needed it. By the time I noticed something needed attention, it was already being tended too. All that was needed to make this bridal shower run smoothly was taken care of. I would have otherwise been on the phone constantly. Nino, Steve and Jeff were absolutely fabulous. I couldnt have asked for better service. I found out after arriving that I had used all but 1 of the bellman carts moving everything upstairs. When exiting after 4 days at The Naples Grande, Nino assisted us. Thank goodness it was only 3 Carts on the way down. He was extremely gracious after having been asked to come back up again because of my frozen shoulder. I was incapable of caring my own personal totes and flower arrangements to my Cadillac. I went to tip Nino, and he would not accept it, as he was very gracious it was my personal belongings. My stay was very memorable, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It was a memorable experience.

This place is amazing !! It is gorgeous inside and out. There are two pools, one for adults only and one for families. Several umbrellas make it very comfortable. The waitresses are wonderful and so helpful. We had Jade as our waitress at the pool and she was amazing, bringing water to us when she saw we were low, always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Our room was a suite # 701 and LOVED it..... So big and the view was amazing. The golf cart ride to the beach and Rhodes End restaurant are so fun and the Gyros there are delicious..... I cannot think of one thing that i can say bad about Naples Grande. Thanks to Rob and Bry for my special celebration !!!!
