First impression was very nasty. The front desk staff was very rude and even not listing to me. This was my third and last visit to this property. Facilities are good but staff is not courteous. Don't want to visit again.

The hotel is very helpful and these guys will try their best to ensure we are safe while we are in their hotel. They helped a lot during the curfew, kept us updated and also brought us to another hotel during the shutdown. Excellent food and stay overall.

ReviewedI stayed at Mosaic Noida, for the second time, from 8 Feb to 24 Mar. What impressed me was that they always try their best to to make things as comfortable as possible for the guests, even the small little things. Mr. Manoj Prajapati the Manager is always there for you. The unforgetable moments I had was that during the last 3 days of our stay, when India declared lockdown due to COVID19. It was only me and my colleague left in the hotel as we were stranded. He took care of us and made us feel safe. I have no words good enough to express my gratitude. I certainly look forward to return.

Good location, excellent service & nice ambience ! Apart from being competitively priced, the above 3 factors make the stay a very comfortable one. Added benefit is the small but we'll equipped gym that's open 24 hours !
