Gorgeous Hotel with Polite Staff

My boyfriend & I have been staying at the Mondrian for the past week and it's absolutely beautiful. We have had a positive experience from the moment we checked in with Josh, who was extremely kind and helpful. We upgraded our room with him after he let us know about the beautiful sunsets we would be able to see from a room with a balcony. Thanks Josh!! As for room service, we have to also shout out to Jane Alvarez who was very nice and even though we turned down service for that day, she still changed our sheets for us and called for robes and brought them back to us herself. Another staff member we really liked was the gentleman at the back pool door on the weekend. We unfortunately didn't get his name but he was so cool! It's nice that the staff opens the doors for you, very nice touch. The pool is a great spot and the views are definitely what makes it all worth it. Will stay again hopefully in the near future! -Chelsea & Ricky

What a beautiful hotel !!! Amazing views and amazing staff ! I want to specifically give thanks to the front desk agent SHIRLEY for being super nice and very helpful; you usually dont receive genuine concern for your needs while at these popular hotels but she definitely out did herself ! The bellhop CESAR was also great, very welcoming and was there every time me and my sister needed help with anything. He was very attentive and kind, makes you feel right at home. Our pool waitress was NEMO, not sure if thats her real name but she was very sweet, fast and super fun. Over all would defined suggest this hotel to friends and family, everything was exceptional. If you do come by make sure you take a minute or two to ask for Shirley, Cesar or Nemo for any of your needs I guarantee 5 star service. Wonderful birthday vacation, will be back soon !!!

Super nice hotel with gorgeous view and pool. The place was very clean and everything was in good working condition. It is very close to all the hot spots in Miami. I had the best time celebrating my birthday here.

I was part of the Rosh Hashana program that ran from Sep 29 - Oct. 1. The service and crew taking care of us were amazing. I want to especially give strong props to a bell-boy names Cesar G. I lost his card and dont remember his last name, but he was super helpful kind and patient through-out. I also think want to thank a you g black woman hostess whos name was something like Tirashli. Im really sorry if I butchered her name, I simply didnt want to leave her out just because I was embarrassed to mess up her name. There were many more who were helpful, but unfortunately , I dont recall all their names. Sorry.
