The stay was great. The only problem I had was getting on the internet. It wouldnt take the password. But that didnt interfere with our stay. I would stay here again. Hopefully they will get the internet fixed.

ReviewedSuper place would use again when in area. Excellent location, comfortable bed, breakfast lots of choices, friendly courteous staff. Room was very clean. Washer and dryer on 4th floor coin opetated very convenient for a 5 night stay.

ReviewedWe have stayed here for 5 years. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is nice to get up and be able to go to breakfast without leaving . Great pet friendly place to stay. Looking forward to our next stay in October.

The pictures looked great online, but they were deceiving! The room smelled like dog! We were afraid to sit anywhere, for fear of getting fleas! We missed breakfast & the lady at the front desk was very rude about it when we asked the time! We were highly disappointed with our stay here and will not be returning! We stayed here on a whim, because we decided to come early to TN. Thankfully our reservation was at the Dollywood Dream Resort, so we had a wonderful week in TN despite this hotel!
