    • Awesome Visit

Stayed only for a night on our return visit to Queenstown prior to our departure date. We were 2Adults and a child aged ten years, we booked a standard room with views of the central garden and pool area. The breakfast was amazing and the view made us want to linger longer. The beds were really comfortable and the best beds on our whole trip. We had a car with free parking at the front however without a car we probably would of walked down to the city and bussed/Uber/cabbed it back. The reception staff Ranseteil I know Ive spelt your name incorrectly but you were really welcoming and helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Our first trip to New Zealands South Island and booked 6 nights in a Lakeview room at the Queenstown Mercure Resort. Our first contact was with Gurjant who was polite and informed when I asked many questions. On arriving the staff were friendly and the Resort is a short downhill walk into town with the walk back a chance to burn of all the food that was eaten. The views from the room on L4 are amazing but book accommodation with breakfast, as youll be surprised at the views when you walk in. You can also book a window table but really no need with floor to ceiling windows. Youll find your breakfasts becoming drawn out affairs as you just relax and enjoy. If youre not done, the restaurant & bar are next door with more amazing views and happy hour and reasonably priced food. If you like to read the bar/lounge area is for you. Our room room was clean & modern and the staff worked feverishly. The outdoor spas are hot and we were lucky as it snowed for us! Try the Gondola & Luge, Shotover Jet, Bungee, Heli/White Water River Rapids if youre a thrill seeker they dont disappoint. Queenstown Mercure Resort we will be back! Paul

We didnt have a view from our room, but this didnt matter, when we walked down to the restaurant, the view blew us away! Amazing definitely a highlight of our trip to NZ Queenstown. Great hotel service and for a very good price!

Love the view! I would say that if you want the sea and mountain view all together, go to this place! The sunset, the food in the restaurant and the view is truly amazing! Truly a memorable experience!!!

    • A great place to stay

There is a huge choice of accommodation available in Queenstown but being a member of Accor plus made the choice much easier. Located approximately 20 mts walk and up a reasonable hill from the town centre ( but there is a bus), the view that awaits is well worth it. The view from the bar and dining from is breathtaking, and if you choose the lakeside rooms, from your room as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good value, dinner was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and obliging. Just make sure to check your bill, we were nearly overcharged by $200. - a mistake I am sure and it was quickly corrected without any hassle when it was pointed out. Would definitely stay again
