      Ive stayed in some amazing hotels and this location has top notch service... front desk, housekeeping, restaurant. Also close to some nice little streets with cafes and shops. Rooms are fine - Marriott standard. But the service is above and beyond. This will be the place we stay for work now.

      I would like to praise this hotel for above and beyond service. I was not feeling well during my stayI called down for a Tylenol and it was brought to my room by Margaretha who took the trouble to bring me a large cup of tea made with ginger and lemon. The warmth of this gesture caught me by surprise and touched me deeply. I stay in so many hotels all over the world as a flight attendant . I also travel with my husband who is a businessman in an international company. We were SPG platinum members for 3 years and are gold for life, but even with Marriotts usually excellent service. No hotel staff has ever been more kind and caring.nev The next morning I ordered breakfast and Celine heard my hoarse voice and insisted on bringing more tea and other healthy foods with my breakfast . She was genuinely concerned about how I was feeling. My husband worked for Marriott for 10 years from room service to management and I know that Marriott has wonderful training. A company can teach many processes but care and kindness come from the heart. Please recognize Margaretha and Celine and Sherell as the superstars they are. Michael the bar manager also made my friends and I very welcome as did the rest of your staff. The hotel is pleasant and clean, the food is excellent and generous. The location convenient. A guest could not ask for a better experience. Thank you so much. I am really looking forward to my next stay. Thank You Dawn Astorga

      Well, what can I say, the staff are very good and the burger is very tasty..... Thats it for positive comments for this hotel. For the rest: Not central Rooms are dated with poor decor Mini fridge empty They charge 40.00 euro for a 12.00 euro bottle of wine There are much better places to stay in this city than the Marriott, I wouldnt waste your money for business or pleasure unless you have no other choice

      The Marriot in The Hague is special because of the people who work there. Also, the view on the Executive Lounge. And who makes it even more special is Jaap. He works here already for 23 years. He knows the building and the people as nobody does. The hotel is very welcoming to new and regular guests! Jaap is making you feel home and that is what you want when enjoying this view!

      I stayed here for 5 nights on business. On arrival at my room I discovered a large gross-looking stain on the couch. I reported it at the desk but it was not cleaned. A staff member tried hiding it with a cushion but I was not deceived. I removed all the cushions in the hope that this would encourage a more thorough approach, but alas, no. Similarly, my colleague found a pair of knickers hanging on her ironing board on arrival and was given a towel full of holes. It seems Marriott has no budget for maintenance. Ill request the Crowne Plaza next time.
