Hi all, We stayed here from 1st to 4th May, 2019 and I must say though the hotel is not accessible by all vehicles (except private ones), its just 5 mins walk from the main mall square and 7-8 mins walk from Bhanu Bhawan (You get Porters for your luggage at 100 bux), so no issues there. Now coming to the hotel, its small but very beautifully setup and maintained. The property is run by a family who lives there and their hospitality has no bounds. Mr. Naveen and his team made sure, we had all our needs taken care off. I heard learnt that they make good cupcakes and on request they also treated us with some. Our travel needs where also taken care off by them. Rooms are clean and elaborately maintained.Washrooms are also very tidy. They give laundry service so thats an A. The only dificulty one with problems in walking may have is the road to the hotel from mall is narrow and is currently under construction. So its a bit untidy and if it rains it gets a lil muddy. However thats just coz of the construction and once its done with it wont be an issue.Even the main mall square and market place is also undergoing construction works. Overall a hotel i would recommend to all travellers who are looking for affordable but clean rooms for stay. P.S: Do check out their roof.

    • Average Hotel with courteous Staff but bad location

The Hotel itself is just ok with facilities equals to any other same price Hotel. I happen to find this one when my booking for another Hotel was not confirmed till last minute. We went by reviews and wanted to book deluxe rooms but none of them were available for starting two days so we booked Superior room with intention to shift to deluxe as and when available. When we reached hotel we understood that only superior room is a room where we will want to stay since deluxe room are small and have no view. The room is moderately spacious with small cupboard and decent bathroom. There was a kettle for hot water but no tea making kit, none for all days. Complimentary water bottle was one (when we get two complimentary bottles everyday in every other hotel of our stay). No tv channels were running, not even free one and even post making request channel was not available. Wifi is working fine but if you have other rooms occupied the speed will be not that great. Towels change has to be asked for. Breakfast was served everyday and our request for vegetarian was kept in mind. Again nothing good nothing bad.. just average. The entry to this Hotel is pathetic in the sense construction is going on and is super muddy. As such cab leave you far from this place since there is no vehicle zone and than this walk through muddy and stinky road. Staff is courteous and smiling. View from the Superior room is good.

This place is by and large pretty good. The manager, Naveem, was really friendly and helpful with information on all the questions I came asking. He responded quickly and efficiently to any issue we had. The rooms were comfortable but the bathroom tended to be a little on the cold side. There was adequate hot water but the cold tiked floor made showers bearable rather than enjoyable. The set breakfasts were substantial and they varied the menu each day. Accessibility can be a bit of a problem but porters can be hired cheaply as in our case to lug our heavy suitcases across the very muddy road to the taxi stand. It is not very far from the mall area. This place provides very good value for money so is highly recommended.
