It's been nearly a week since we arrived back from our family holiday to benidorm. The hotel itself looks stunning. We arrived for 5 nights and had booked all inclusive. The reception was very slow upon arrival and only 1 of our rooms was ready. It wasn't explained very well on arrival that because we weren't there for longer we weren't ultra all inclusive. This meant we couldn't use the special restaurants which wasn't an issue as we used the main restaurant but we also couldn't watch the western show which was disappointing as from reading reviews prior to going it seemed fun and we weren't willing to pay approximately 40 each to watch it! The rooms were very nice and the only fault we had was that although they were cleaned everyday the fridge wasn't restocked. This could either be what the hotel does or just because we weren't ultra all inclusive. Nevertheless we were all inclusive and you could get your drinks from the bar. A wall panel had fallen off in the bedroom and we had complained to reception but it took myself to ask the maintenance men to fix it when I saw them. The air con is on in your rooms and it makes it really nice when you come in from the sun but be careful with it as the room can also be very cold whilst sleeping if you have little ones like we have. Also be careful of the shower it is very temperamental and although you may think it is the correct temperature it may and probably will change which can be quite dangerous. The showers are very very small! The bars are very good and serve a wide variety of drinks and the unit sizes of alcohol are none existent they are very very generous. Be prepared to constantly scan your wristbands or cards as this seems like a hotel policy. The food is nice and for a snack or lunch I'd recommend the sports swimming area it's very quiet and it opens at 10am. If you get there early you can get one of the hotels luxury beds which are comfortable. The snack bar serves kebabs, burgers, hotdogs and toasties which are all really nice. The water slides are very good but be careful on the pendulum as when it stops you get up on the slide and step out and if you're as unlucky as me you will slip and bang your head lol the entertainment isn't amazing but it can get very hot in the theatre so probably best to chill outside and there's plenty for the kids to do. Inside there is a games room and outside there is a huge play area with slides and tunnels. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I will no doubt be returning but for longer and hopefully get to see the western show.

Hotel was lovely and so clean! The staff were also very polite and helpful. Could not fault the choice and availability of food and drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic). The range of activities for children were brilliant. Only slight niggle was that there wasnt much available information as to what our package entailed and what facilities we were able to use and our welcome meeting was not until 2 days after arrival , however this was easily sorted by visiting the jet2 staff onsight who were extremely welcoming and helpful. As it turned out, we could use and access all facilities! Overall, could not fault the hotel.

just come back from a week with our 13 year old and we loved it. very friendly people nothing is too much trouble. plenty of food choices even for very fussy eaters like myself. plenty for the kids to do in and out of the pools ie crazy golf, teqball, games room with playstations, xboxs etc. evening entertainment not too bad, the medieval jousting in the castle is a great show to go and watch. the whole place is kept really clean and rooms are cleaned daily. would definitely recommend this place for families of all ages

Went there in 2018, The accommodation was a dark, dusty cabin with camouflage nets on the ceiling which obviously were a dust catcher and being asthmatic was not a good start. I became ill after the first day so we asked to be moved to a different type of chalet and were told that it was not possible. The swimming pool was invaded by flies. and the lifeguards were just sat looking at their phones. The tables at the cafe needed cleaning and had dead flies on them. We didn't t get to the medieval jousting show which was just as well because the man opposite us was hit over the head with a plate and was then chased through the site. Just along the row of cabins A young girl was beaten by her boyfriend and taken away by ambulance We were there for ten days and it seemed that no one there cared .. On the departure day your all inclusive stops at 11am and if your pick up is not until 6pm you have to sit around with nothing to drink. When the coach arrived we were waiting at the pick up point only to be told that we had to get on the coach at the far end of the car park which was almost impossible for me to walk by then because my legs were so swolen. we were told that if we didnt we would miss our transfer. While we were waiting, a barriers came down and hit a young boy on the head. .. I was admitted to hospital on our return with heart failure and kidney failure. only one person helped us, a young man call Chris RodriguezThank you Chris. you should be promoted. ..
