    • Culinary highlight on the hill close to the sea

In a lovely spot in the hills of Arbus/Piscinas, Angela and Giuseppe receive you very warmly. The rooms are very clean. I booked halfboard much to my delight! Breakfast is more elaborate than most places in Italy. And dinner, well what shall I say: dinner is just fabulous. Angela cooks up the most wonderful traditional Sardinian dishes! And a lot of them at every dinner! So take care to have an appetite. Traveling alone or together: dinner is enjoyed together at one big table. Different nationalities and nice conversations in a hotchpotch of languages. Highly recommendable.

A remote Agriturismo is not surprising, but one perched on a mountain top with zero evidence of human habitation in any direction is. The views from LOasi del Cervo are incredible. You can even see the sea way down there to the west. The hosts speak almost no English, but are amiable and good at communicating non-verbally. The dinner was molto buono e molto very good and lots of it. The host served up the climactic meat course himself: roast piglets (2), on a huge platter, complete with heads. Tasted wonderful. The breakfast was equally bounteous. Not to be overlooked, a very cute dog, Ally, who seemed to be there ready for petting at just the right times.

Authentic smiles, amazing food, eco friendly. Made a last minute reservation on Booking... then communicated via Whatsapp about arrival and dinner. From the beginning they were very courteous and helpful. The road to the place is half the fun... if you are in this part of the island, then this is like a cherry on top. The dinner was AMAZING... It was absolutely no problem to accommodate a vegetarian and there was no skimping of flavour and quality. If you have awakened taste buds then you know what I mean... And enjoy a proper meal taking your time ... as it should be... Loved the goats!!! They came to watch the sunset with me :-)

    • The best part of our Sardinian holiday

My two sons and I stayed at this agriturismo for 3 nights and we could have stayed for 2 weeks - it was paradise! Between the scenery, the peacefulness, the food and the superb rooms, we had the best time. My 9 year-old proclaimed this place as "his second favourite place in the world after our house" which should tell you something! Angela and Giuseppe were phenomenal hosts, teaching us about goat-rearing and milking, cooking and all of the delights of the region. Angela's food was stellar, and we ate like royalty for the entire time we were there. Truly a magical experience for our whole family. We are already planning to come back. Grazie mille!

We visited this farm last june. Beside the delicious food i remember one thing - the silence & darkness at night! So refreshing! A perfect place to chill. A fun thing was walking around with the goats ;) their dogs are fun too! Dont get scared about the road - everybody can do it in 2nd gear. And the owner's daughter even speaks english as far as i remember. Overall-you have to visit this part of Sardinia and this agriturismo will be a perfect choice!
